At e-library? The gen is not always on, even if there is an allocation for fuel which is siphoned (this I was sure of during akpabios tenure.) and that place due to the nature of materials used in construction should always have a functioning AC on.

Depends on the idea, I can join. But how sure are you it doesn't exist yet? A Kenyan in UK said the same thing some weeks ago, hardly had he told me what he had in mind when I quickly pointed him to his competitors.

its inspiring & nice to see many here avail themselves as to having innovations they have for a start up but either lack of funds & the right team is lacking.

I believe its an opportunity for many of us to start a whatsapp group that would connect us..so that we support each other, capitalize on being a part of soon to be multi billion dollar enterprises.
two/three heads are better than one ooo

Sometimes I see no point in a startup getting a large beautified office which eventually eat into their initial investment.
Consequently, instead of focusing on innovative ideas they will be worrying about finances and bills and to further make it worse, they transfer these bills to the customer.

Most ideas that stands the test of time are cooked from garage, one room or study.

I had a friend who spent so much pimping his startup office, according to him, he wants people of class to identify with it. At the end of the day he ended up redundant after few politicians turn up
Look at those start up very well, does anyone look like an upcoming start up company, they are already established hence they can have does big beautiful office. Am sure they didnt start with such office.
The reason for such office is to make staff so comfortable so they can think critically because tech business requires alot of thinking and planning.
That ur friend that spend so much on office didn't get his priority right.

Hello, please i need to ask you some questions and i need answers.
-All these money raised for these startup, are they used only for designing the said project?
-For a startup being funded by this investors, does it directly mean the person who has these ideas does not have a share in the company?

I wish to start some like luno, like a crypto currency exchange platform, am not a programmer i need all the help i can get. Thanks

answering to your questions

1) depending on the funds raised as investment by your partners they automatically become equity capital to start your business..its covers the product to produced, everything needed & also depending on how much is put in can be used to create an office or build a factory.. or purchasing equipment.

2) the founder is the one that offers percrntage ownership of shares to the investors on his business project being floated. he will reserve a greater percent for himself if he wishes to but that percentage must be backed with your own contribution whether money, physical assets, or innovation which its value rises in time

not a programmer myself.. but entrepreneur with his own b.project ..to start up
