My advice let him make his trip 14 days or 10days, atleast 10days trip is reasonable enough. Spending all this flight fare and £1100 just for five days will be a red flag. £1100 is very ok for 10days trip.

Can £1100 take him for 10 days as he doesn't know anyone in uk.
He is solely sponsoring the trip.

It is perfectly fine .

Let him try to give the estimate on how he will spend it.

Flight fare return= 270k
Accommodation= 76k ( I advice he use cheaper hostel to maintain his buget not to exceed his two months salary)
Then the remaining money left for living expenses, shopping and visiting tourist attractions.

That information there is clear so why do you want to go against that?

OK. Thanks. I get it now.

Hello Justwise dear....Been a while trust ur doing great ... but why is it that some of this ECO'S enjoy dishng out unjust refusal to applicant not even considering that applicants from Nigeria spend alot for application. I mean its just insane ooh. With this kids denial i feel so angry at the ECO making such a stupid accusation even when they saw all evidences. Jesus christ i hail some of dis amateur ECO's wey dem dey put to treat applicants cases.

These things happens sometimes and we can't really make that judgment call as you don't know the whole story or how the form was completed.

Sometimes ECO make decision based on their experience which we don't have, so its really hard to understand why ECOs make certain decisions

I don't see anything wrong with those documents she submitted but then again i'm not an expert on this.

You can reapply with the same list of documents(but updated) then attach letter of complain about the refusal and family pictures

A different ECO will treat your case

Or write letter of complain to the embassy about the refusal focusing on the accusation that your kids are not related to you, you don't need to add anymore document.
By updated do you mean we have to print out recent statement of accounts or continue with previous statement

@Justblow

You are misleading people here, judiciary review is not for non-immigration visa, the screenshort you uploaded is not for visiting visa.

Don't encourage people to waste money and time

Hello Justwise,

Please Judicial review is actually for all categories of visa including non-immigration visa's. My solicitors in london have been winning a lot of non-immigrant refusals through Judicial review.

I used to ask questions for my sister but she was refused so we are going through a Judicial review and a letter before claim has been sent to the home office now and we are waiting. If they dont respond after sometime then they will proceed with the next action. ECOs sometimes just refuse anyhow and if you have a good case and you challenge them they reconsider their decision and issue visa. Will update the house

Dude your solicitor is sending letter of reconsideration to the HomeOffice and not judicial review, anybody can do this and still get positive/negative result.

These solicitors will give you the impression that you can appeal visa refusal or go for Judicial review and you pay then they write letter of reconsideration.

You are wasting your money with solicitor because anybody can send a letter to immigration asking for reconsideration about seemly unfair visa refusal

You can't take the homeoffice to court for tourist visa refusal

The employee statement of account is one evidence that shows that he/she is in that employment. Payslip may work instead, but without a statement, I doubt if it will fly. Let's see if there is someone here with such experience.

Good day to all the gurus in the house, my cousin wants to invite me to the UK for a 2weeks visit and he’s ready to pay for my flight ticket and I will be staying in his house for that 2wks. I am self employed and have a corporate account that’s not doing bad with in flow and outflow presently, but I don’t pay myself salary monthly. What do you guys think, should I go ahead?

Sounds good,
All you need is to state a valid reason for visiting your cousin and also explain your cash in flows, imaging the VO is a baby and try to explain everything including your ties to Nigeria

Those are Backpackers accommodation, shared room with bunk beds, never seen anybody who got a visa with such accommodation.

Years ago while on school picnic i used one in London and Wales , no security, no privacy, infact you take your stuff while going to have a shower because you are sharing a room with strangers.

The price tells you everything.

Whether it will fly remains to be seen.
