I've been trying to know which is better for sipping.

Ijebu garri is best for sipping

I don't know about sipping but for eating my eguisi soup is yellow garri... Infact sipping is for white garri
as swallowing is for yellow garri... Hope is clearer now...

For Eba that goes with our various delicious Soup : YELLOW GARRI ALL THE WAY!

For Drinking. just like a snack with different good things that goes with it : White/Ijebu GARRI ALL THE WAY!


And as an unpartial Nigerian like yours truly, you can always combine the two garris together!

Some people say it's Yellow Garri and others will argue is White Garri due to Cyanide content is reduced after adding palm oil but my Brother knowledge is Power and the Bible made us know that people perish due to lack of knowledge.

From the research and articles I have read online about the two...They are no different from each other in terms of cyanide content what matters is number of days of fermentation.


Yellow Garri and White Garri are same thing just colour preference.

This question nor get answer as the responses you get will be based on individual preferences and geographical location.
Those down South and East will go for yellow garrison, those in the West will go for white garri.
