When you start, there's a leta called Assumption of Duty, After exactly 2yrs,there's something called Confirmation of Appt, it's an interview you go through, hit or miss, you'll still be given a Confirmation of Appt. leta, 1yr more i.e exactly after 3yrs you assume duty, you'll be due for promo, every three-three yrs, you'll be due for promotion, untill you reach level 15 (I don't know its eq. in NNPC), where you'll be due for promo every four-four yrs instead.

Reading through comment, I see a lot of post like Nigeria is getting bad n bad and Youth should find a way to run out of the country. I begin to ask myself the kind of mentality we are breeding among our Youths. We are not even looking at what we can offer the country anymore rather what we can take from it and run. There are lots of people who have this mentality of just traveling out and are regretting it right now. There’s a lot of potential in this country and no one is going to force open your eyes. No wonder Buhari called us Lazy Youth

Anyway, back to NNPC matter, tomorrow is another Wednesday, let’s brace for impact.
