nobody can give you a completely good answer on that. It can depend on the word, is it alone or combined. The example you use is 'premium', short (therefore memorable) and brandable.

It depends on what you want. If SH register it once approved they will give you 25% and as you submit 10 point will be deducted
If you register it SH commission is 35% once approved and they will deduct 50points as you are submitting. The choice is yours.

I assume that the guy will have couple of Virtual Assistances that extract contacts, and do the out bounding for him every hour, while he closes the sales. Our 2sexy can shed more light on this for us, because it seems both of them are some how close.
