No, it is not random emails. The contacts are relevant to the domain name sent to him ( e.g info@dallacpa dot com). The spread sheet consists of the website and email adress column.

Later the guy quits domain business and he (2sexy) was the one who made the guy come back to domain business in year 2014. That was the reason why I said that both were somehow close.

I also had similar problem and until now I haven't found a way to pay,
If the told you 5-7 days then it will work
I have people that are using it.
It is real
But see what I did, I contacted my friend that has a Us number so I linked it with dingtone instead of my Nigeria number,
He then gave me the code and it was linked
I have used it to call two clients,
As testing and it worked, only that you must have credits on your dingtone.
So in a case where client says you must call, the issue has been solved
Another is network, you know is network call
You have to get good network so that you don't burn credits
But am still looking for a way to pay
Sometimes Clients will tell you send me message am busy now
Dingtone won't allow you to send a message till you buy your own number,
Is that number you buy the will use in sending the message,
Is 4.99 per year
Is just the funding process that is annoying and I no get PayPal
