I served in anambra state. My greatest surprise was that, in my ppa they write on the board for their waec candidates during the examination giving them the answers. Education wise southeast are lacking behind. I can say it any where any time

Highly predictable list... I understand the bottom being dominated by our backward siblings. What I find disturbing and perturbing is Osun state caught up in their ignorant midst. The commissioner for education for that state of embarrassment needs to be arrested and queried.

The truth is bitter. I know my statement hit so many sensitive nerve which you happen to be one. But the truth must be told. Nigeria is the way it is today specifically to limit the potential of those who possess intelligence and promote incompetence.

Five eastern states accounts for 50% of the tope ten, four south south states accounts for 40%, while one southwest states accounts for 10% of the top ten.
