I read what was shown here and that is fairly enough reading. And FBI have lost cases, therefore they can as well lose this one too.
No source can be foolproof.

If course they have...but I'm asking you, why would a judge throw this right here out?

There are ways to curb these, you wont sync, disallow some functions, don't allow to save passwords and other authorisation.
yea yea, some work while some do not.the major thing is that once u did able most of those permissions, u won't be able to perform very important functions using that app or soft ware .while some might not even open at all. Google chrome is the most affected here .There ate lot. Of sites u can't access now if u r not on chrome have u observed that recently ?

another secret FBI can track u with. if your nairaland email is obi59@gmail.com and you decide that you want a new life just the fact that obi59 is connected to anything in this world even your 2go account, they are willing to go that extent of checking it out.

i once tried to do Yahoo but i could not, the Philippines woman i caught was poor and was a maid in singapore who had been there for 10years the year i connected to her was the day she was to retire so i knew she had a bulk of savings on her. Me trying to play her, she had already fallen but i just didn't have the guts to send that account number, i just couldn't do that to a human being, i got angry exposed my identity warned her to vw careful and deactivated everything to the scratch.

because of one small change i couldn't loose my humanity. nowthisnews
Thank you for still being human.

You must be a fraudster...what are you afraid of? Even with your VPN, you will still be caught.

FBI has sophiscated tools to their disposal. I'm currently studying ethical hacking, cyber security and forensics, and when I'm done, I will be unto people like who have refused to to look for legitimate jobs.

Will squash that your stupid VPN and knock down your front door.
Please put your head down and study it well.

Nigeria needs your service.

God bless you

You misunderstood me. I didn't say, the judge will throw the source out.

I'm only saying that the case is built around the validity of the source, and if the counsel could in any way invalidate the source. Then the case is over.

I recall about two years ago on this forum a guy cussed me out for mentioning Nairaland.com is used as a parameter by security operatives both in Nigeria and overseas to measure the thoughts of average Nigerians. Whatever we post here is glaring beyond the 'four walls' of Nairaland.

Whoever said that to you is an unexposed nitwit, simple grin
Nairaland is fertile ground for research on all kinds of interesting subjects, and even the dog on the streets knows this cheesy (see screenshots attached).

Too right bro.

Mehn, I have just finished reading Marshall Ward's (FBI) report.
It does appear Mr "Invictus" has been in the scamming business for quite some time.

The records also contained hundreds of emails and chat messages with possible co-conspirators. These messages involved extensive discussions about creating fraudulent web pages, designed to trick unsuspecting users into providing their account credentials. Many of the emails also showed the apparent fruits of their efforts, with lists of over 600 email account passwords, as well as copies of passports and driver's licenses that were likely stolen to be used in identity theft schemes

"Every day for the thief, one day for the owner" is a popular Nigerian byword. That Invictus guy totally illustrated that saying. If he had taken his foot off the gas pedal after amassing such wealth, he probably wouldn't be in the shit he's presently in.

that's why iphones are best. Google will give out your data for even a Bite of sandwich. U know u have to sign up a Google account to use an android, ur keyboard, voice search, map, keep, gmail, contacts....... Bru abeg run away from Androids fast and anything that has to do with Google. I fear Android coz I'm too crazy about my privacy
True story, my friend told us the other day he uses an iPhone over Android because of "security".
A third friends requests his iPhone which he hands over, the third friend presses a few keys
and asks him why he spent the last 5 days in so
and so area (it was his office), he then asked him why he spent the last Saturday at so and so area
(that was the shopping mall he went to buy
things he needed to travel).
The data you produce is available to others regardless of the platform you are on and whether you like it nor not.

There are so many scammers on Nairaland and i can remember this guy below that scammed me for a data plan which he never sent to me despite paying the money for the data plan, his details are as follows:

Acc name: Oluwabusi Adeboye

Acc number: 0791819438

Bank name: Access bank.

Phone number: +234 9017925805

He is a scammer and am sure has scammed alot of people on nairaland under the guise of being an entrepreneur that is into selling data and begging people on nairaland to patronize him, hes just a SCUMBAG.

Despite reporting to NL, OP and his team never did anything, its a shame.
The moderators on Nairaland will never do anything to the scammers. sad That is their modus operandi.

But just post a befitting acerbic response, to an insult from any troll who comes from their ethnic group, and see how quickly the misguided mods will ban you for 6 months to 20 years. Hopeless jokers..... angry

Anyway, you can report the scammer to the SFIU unit of the Nigerian Police and to the bank he uses. sad

If you have time, money and energy, get a lawyer to pursue the case for you, so that the scammer's account can be blocked. A trap will then be laid for him by the police and bank officials. Once he shows up at the bank, he will be arrested. undecided

I am not silly. The way my mind works is different. I have tracked down a company in Nigeria which operates legitimately without an office. During my search, people were scared of doing deals or furnishing me with information... but I found them eventually and how I did that is my business.

This was only possible because of the way I reason. I am not one who is ever known to follow crowd but my own mind, my birth didn't follow the usual routine of a 9 month old baby lol.

I am not saying this is not possible. All I am saying is that how come a crime of this magnitude is ONLY trending in Nigeria. When did instablog became a reputable news source for people to take them serious? who gave them that doc they have been spreading? Are you telling me a whole FBI left the US, left all the news agency in the US and came to Nigeria to handed it to instablog? Someone did, but certainly not the FBI! IF yes, why should the person do that?

This news can not even be found on ANY US news agency website, but it trending HEAVILY in Nigeria. Anybody very close to you who knows one or two things about your dealings, your inner circle can nail you.

Go through most of the guy's post on Nairaland and see what he always posted about, including his last 2015 post... I didn't share that but people who dug did and I read.

This is about connecting the dots... not about supporting crime.

A fraudster has no business being on Forbes or all those public gatherings... they are one of the most secretive people you can ever meet. I spent many years in Benin, a den of internet fraudsters and I know a few things how that environment works. The real dons are not found to expose themselves like this guy has done.

I do not know any internet fraudster who leave their IP (where it was stated as the link to nailing him)so open for someone to track them down IF not someone who has nothing to fear...

I had to reach out to FBI today, I contacted a few and if i ever get a reply from them, I am surely coming to nairaland and share. I will take anything they say over INSTABLOG9JA.

I asked questions that you could not answer and all you say is that my attempt to whitewash blah blah... I will take you serious when you can provide answers to questions I have raised... until then, follow your fellow herdsmen.

I hope to get a reply from FBI... iF you doubt this, ask for prove and I will present them, which were done TODAY. Even if I do not get a reply, it shows how I operate instead of following herders like you.
