I think they only accept premium .co. and submitting it as unregistered name even though it is premium will cost them alot hence I'm not sure if they would want to do that.

I said Radio Test not Radio button.

Radio Test simply means testing your name on the Radio maybe on Radio Advert to see how people are able to grab and spell your name.

Now this applys mostly to short names or brandable names used for commercials. For Example when they announce your name on a radio station, what do people hear?? Do they get the word currently or mistaken it for another word. Now if people are able to get your brand name correctly without mistakening it for another word then your name Passes the Radio Test. But when people fail to get your name correctly when it is announced on radio advert then your name fails the Radio Test.

Radio Test is one of the rudiments of selecting a brand name. Very important.

Clearest Example :
Let's say

You can agree with me that when both names are advertised on radio station people will easily grab Mr A's name while they struggle to spell Mr B's name. Mr B's name Vexynix Dot com can also be spelt as Vesynix dot com or Even Vesinix dot com which will in turn make Mr B's lose customers to Vesynix Dot com and Vesinix dot com any time his name is advertised on the Radio.

Same here they removed £2.35 from my acc without giving me what I paid for. I have submitted a ticket to them Sha.

Everytime you see a new promo with an unknown registrar, endeavor to do a little research about them especially on namepros. I almost registered a domain with them but the reviews I saw on namepros were terrible.
I'm a newbie too but as @beckplanet said, everything you need to succeed in domaining is on namepros. We need to spend more time on that forum as well as other relevant websites in order to keep learning and improving. And hopefully we will all make major sales soon.
