Imagine someone working in the GMDs office saying its above him.

Other things he said:
- It's apparently 80% merit 20% politics.
- He spoke to the guy after the Salah break and he told him to expect the letter end of this month.
- They're taking people more from "technical" roles. I'm not sure what that really means. I studied Social Science so I'm not among.
- I didn't ask about TF and APL because he won't know and I'll just look stupid asking about una nairaland theories.

I side with this story, I got to know someone who works with NNPC (Top Tier) but unfortunately it was late (this was around July ending). He said his hands are tied, nothing he can do as the list for each state have been complied and submitted.
