Got contact from a CO today, asked for further proof of employment in particular income in the form of payslips, bank statements, tax certificates, award certificates or anything that will proof employment. The problem is that in the service year the 9,000 came from NYSCC and 14000 from the hospital management board but on my reference letter we called a bulk sum that includes both payments. The bank statements are from unity bank and bank phb. Will that be enough?
Timeline EOI 05/18
ITA 11/08/18
Lodged 26/09/18
CO contact: 03/19.

Hello bro, what's going on?

What were the initial docs you submitted for proof of employment?

If you are able to sort it out with your state revenue service, that will be fine. If not, what other employment documents do you have to submit apart from d reference letter? I have seen cases of people without tax/pension get grant recently, however bear in mind that no two cases are the same cos they were able to submit other documents to substantiate their claims.
Also, how many years of experience are you claiming?

I'm claiming points for 6 years of employment. I have employment letter, employment reference, promotion letter and pay slips.

Your English score and age is bringing your score down. You need to go and do PTE and ace that very well.

Also, you can start assessing with Engineers Australia. That can take a while as you must write a tight and original CDR. It can be done. Just follow the MSA booklet and do not copy anyone.

You should be asking this question in student section.
Well, I want to believe that it is for application? Why not you tell them to put that together with your school fees?

It is hard for central bank to process $100.
During my time, I called them & explained things to them and they understood me well and did as I proposed.

That was 2015 though, things change.

It is either you do a Masters degree or nominate chemistry technician if it will be sponsoredd by any state when you are ready.
I studied petroleum engineering in Ghana (4years) please I want to know if this counts as tier one or two. Also 90% of schools oversees is 4 years. Does it affect in anyways considering the tier one and two. Lastly what’s my best shot applying for a pr. I have no work experience

Please, House I want more clarification on boosting my points. In March 2017 my assessment with Vetasses was positive with 5.1 years of work experience as a chemist. can I resubmit my outcome letter for reassessment to add the additional two years and 9month on the same occupation? This will give me additional 15points.
I need a respond house.

You don't need to resubmit as long as you are still in the same occupation. Create EOI, add your skill date from when VETASSES approved till date.

The tier 1 and 2 is with respect to Nigeria. It is different for other countries.

Your best shot applying is to apply. You can write your CDR as either a petroleum engineer or chemical engineer. Go to Engineer Australia website for further information and also read the thread.

1. Your qualification is not highly relevant.
2. Are you a manager or just a contact center agent?

This will not fly for customer service manager because its not a managerial/team lead role and they do not relate to Anzsco tasks for CSM

I'm not sure I read the bolded part in the legislation. It was only other PR visa that was stated not partner visa. Please reconfirm

@bellong

Yes, partner visa was not stated in the legislation. However, the legislation provides for additional conditions to be included when it takes effect.

The purpose of this new visa is to push people to the regional areas. Home Affairs know that a lot of people especially singles will want to circumvent the process by applying for partner visa to move to the City. I wouldn't be surprised if this condition is added to the visa when it kicks off.

Thanks for the clarification, although there will always be loophole (s) to exploit. I was only wondering why they wouldn't want one to get married simply because one is holding a visa. We'll see how it goes by November 16.

In another news, I received commencement email for CO allocation yesterday.

As long as the marriage will not take you away from the regional area before 3 years, they are fine with it.

The 491 regional scheme is better as it offers the opportunity to move to any regional area across Australia without restriction.

It is strictly your decision if you want to wait for 8 months to claim experience points or you want to apply now.

I can't make that decision for you.

This would be like asking the person to be working full-time for the 3 years oh if one is to earn $50k minimum.
Maybe minimum above free tax threshold but not 50-60k a year

The 489 as well doesn't necessarily restrict holders from moving across regions, just the clauses that States have added in nominating applicants for the 489 that give them obligation. Will DHA be nominating applicants directly for this new visa?
