It is very simple. Just upload a wrong application to the CAC upload site, get the application to be queried, afterwards you can just delete him/her off at the proprietor section.

The truth on the current status of CAC is that their service is currently on a standstill, whether be it name reservation, pre-incorporation filings, uploading etc. Everything is currently on a standstill, but i know that by next week all activities will be back to normalcy.
