Why is it when I try registering a premium name, the price will just shoot up, I don't mean already registered ones.

If you purchasing a dot com for example $1 once you you try a word domain, the price will just be $20. I check reason: it is of high value and of such registar has it on premium listing.

I think that is why it is called premium just like you called it. Their prices are different from others

1.Will i edit BIN on dan to his asking price?
2.Should i ask buyer if he wants push or transfer, and i believe directnic can only transfer after 60days right?
3. Will i submit my "receive payment" details to Dan? And wat payment options can i choose as a Nigerian?

I would advice that you change your price at dan to that of the agreed price.
Tell the buyer to follow the link to purchase, as you have changed the price to that of the agreed price at the domain marketplace, which will serve as an escrow service for both of you.
Dan takes care of your number 2 question.

You can receive your funds from Dan easily with your Nigeria bank account.
