I still remember my days in the polytechnic, totally a naive and boring guy. I'm not really an handsome guy, but I guess, girls find me attractive, and hence they often try to either be my friend or be in my life. And as well, like every other guy, 'I like women', no be small thing. Lol. But back then, I was too balless to even walk up to a girl to initiate a conversation. I used to think, how's it possible? How do guys do it? Luckily for me, I didn't even need to walk up to any girl, I had them walking up to me. Fine fine ones though. I still remember a day like that in class while lecture was going on, one of my female friend who we were so close, waited for green light so tey I was too naive to show it, she decided to take the bull by the horn, we were sitting together and all of a sudden, she started rubbing my thighs, I was shocked to the bone marrow and started shaking like a leave. It's what I've always wanted though, but because I was too naive and balless, had to make her stop. I was trying to form holy holy.. Or maybe I felt she was just trying to tickle for no reason. Lol.

The following week, she asked that she come to my house, that she's bored at home etc, I told her no problem. She later showed up in the evening, my roommate excused us the moment she entered. Behold again, I started shaking with my heart racing with the speed of light. The silly girl, instead of sitting on the floor (no chair in my room) she went straight to bed. In my mind, I was thinking how could you come to a guy's house for the first time and just hop on his bed? I remember I was just sitting on the floor while she was on bed. I started asking questions, how are you? What did you eat? What is the color of the car that brought you? And all sorts of foolish questions.. Lol. At first she was answering, all of a sudden, she stopped and pretended to be sleeping. And then I ask, 'are you sleeping'? She said no, that she was tired and needed some rubbing on her legs. Ah!! In my mind I just like, 'this girl is evil oh, do I look like doctor' ? I decided to help her with the leg and went back sitting in the floor while looking something else. Later she decided, she's going home. I asked why so fast? She said she just remembered her sister sent her on an errand and she needed to go now. I just said, okay, let me see you off then. I swear, that was the end, since that day, the girl hated me like plague
Did I also say, she had fought one of her close friend who was actually crushing on me, unknown to me.
Later on, I asked when next she's coming to my house, she'd just postpone and postpone, and that was how she bashed.
A lot of stupid experience I had in Polytechnic like that. There are some that I can't talk about on this thread, but then it all point to one thing that, no matter how handsome or attractive or rich you may think you are, once you're not confident enough, once your self esteem is not intact, girls will hate you and run away from you like plague.

There was this supposed girlfriend that I had then. She lost her boyfriend to someone else, and she just hop on me because no one was available. At first she was all over me, after a little while, I started going all over her too. To the extent, I can't go a day without visiting her in her hostel. As if the visiting isn't enough, I call her 3 times in a day. have you eaten? What did you eat? How was your day? Nothing serious to talk about, all foolishness.
At the end when she see I had nothing serious or fantastic to add to her life, she just dumbed my sorry ass into the trash where it belong, and then the crying began

Well in my opinion, high self esteem is an alternative understanding of who an alpha male is, and I consider someone with a low self-esteem as boring. Unless you can prove otherwise. I believe and advocate for the need of all reasonable human being, not just the male folk to be of high self esteem always, that way you have your fulfilled life intact. I don't see how it's possible for someone with a low self-esteem to have a fulfilled live unless he gets everything readily made without having to work for them.

Or maybe you have your own definition of fulfilled life. Let's see.

Not to much to be call an epistle.

The summary is that, at a point in life, we all tend to look back at some time and think what kind of a mindset was i carrying about then. You remember those times and you laugh out loud so much that people around you will look at you like, what's wrong with this one? Lol

The thing is, as we grow, we learn more about the rudiments of life and how to paddle your way through it. Experience teaches you much more about life than what you read online. Sometimes if you haven't experience all these that teachers of dating and romance are teaching you, you'll never get it.

No doubt Ubunja is trying with his miesducations, but most of these guys reading it won't still learn. It's so hard to understand the full lesson without having a prior experience. But it's all good, at least they'll be having a preliminary knowledge.

It's normal for guys to be naive in their early years in the institution especially when you're still young, introvert and not experienced. Even during my secondary school days, there's a girl that won't let me rest in class, stalking and pesting all over but I didn't make any move, infact she was the one toasting me, she literally asked my out.

This was also me during my poly days, I was young and naive even tho girls showed me greenlight but I didn't have that confidence to approach them.

There was this particular girl in my poly days that was all over me, always calling and flashing even at night, in lecture hall, she will be flashing my phone and laughing. We talk almost everyday after class, we see each other in my friend's room( I didn't stay in hostel in my poly days) but nothing happened on a long run, she later got a boyfriend and my friends were surprised I didn't make any move, then one day I summon courage to approach her but unfortunately she said she already got a boyfriend.

It was a sad day for me but I moved on, we were still friends tho till our finals, her boyfriend is also my class mate, so we're pals too, the love I have for her fade away with time. She's married now with a kid but not with that her boyfriend (class mate).

Confidence is important(i don't know about being alpha male), even if you don't have confidence, have money, that confident will come out by force.
