The jilted lady should put herself together and see what she didn't do well in her just concluded relationship with that man and learn to herself in order and should forget about the man and the years they spent in courtship.

Exactly. That particular part that says if "you have any reason why the couple should not be married "should be scrapped from the wedding program.
Just as you cannot force someone to marry you, you cannot force them not to marry someone else! Or you cannot force a man or woman to marry, neither should you force them not to marry.
