since i started my investment with STANBIC IBTC MUTUAL FUND (January 2019) They have been consistent in crediting my account with my daily yield.
But up till now i am yet to see the credit for 31st august 2019 and 1st September 2019 being Saturday and Sunday respectively.
i normally get the credit before 8am Monday morning
i tried to get them on phone for possible explanation but no luck, i don't know if it is general or peculiar to me
please anybody with similar experience

What I experience sometimes is that they credit my weekends on mondays.

We re in the same boat, I did a top up since on Friday, yet to reflect in my account balance.

I don't have a Stanbic Mutual Fund account but I think you just login and click on redeem. Then enter your secret codes and get credited within 24 hours - my wife has it.

Going forward, it's good practice to know how to cash out from an investment before going into it in the first place.

Apart from money market fund that is mainly recommended for investors with low risk appetite, which of these other packages like Equity fund, Ethical fund, Bond fund, balanced fund, Guaranteed investment fund, are recommendable for someone who looks beyond the risk involved to achieve higher yield and returns . I recommend that if you are going into any equity (stocks) investment, it's best you study the market by yourself before putting your funds (NSE is currently on a bearish mode) .

That means getting your personal trading account with a stockbroker of your choice so as to get market info before investing.

Leaving your funds with these fund managers as regards equity is not safe.

While you are waiting for the best, people are making money gradually. Just go to your banks and ask them for mutual fund. When you start, you can now ask for the best and move your fund there.

Had similar experience, I made deposit Friday before noon, it wasn't acknowledged until I made inquiries Monday morning, my acct officer told me they had an internet down time from Friday till early hrs of Monday and my Top up won't reflect until Tuesday at the close of work when the systems are refreshed, true to his words, my Top up reflected late Tuesday evening. I will advice you give them a call
