I'm not sure if you will get a positive assesment from AACA due to recent results I have seen. Most Architects go through Architectural draftsperson which is assessed by Vetassess however Vetassess requires at least 1 year experience to give you a positive assessment.
okay seems I have to get the Experience then

Its seriously affecting it and I saw it happening. Its so saddening. I mentioned it the last time of the advert altercations that the real threat is the WhatsApp n Telegram groups. I'm fully in support of cessation of those promotions

There is no occupation to align your current experience with at the moment. Other option is to apply through study and work your way to permanent resident.

Thanks for ur prompt reply, I'm a higher technical officer (HTO civil) because of my HND. I supervise, design n draw plans, prepare estimate n carry out the building of primary schools, markets, health centres, rehabilitate roads, basically all civil engineering works.

Check your occupation and ensure your job description in your reference letter aligns strongly with the expected tasks as stated under your relevant Anzsco code: https://www.anzscosearch.com/312212 (for Civil Engr Tech, that is)

For your role, shouldn't be difficult; however, I'm not sure what other documents VETASSESS strongly harps on to reach their decision. Look through the VETASSESS website first and also this thread for what people had to submit to back their assessment applications.

Also, you shouldn't settle for 10points from English in these present days; I'll suggest you register for PTE and aim for 20points- even if you have to do it more than once.

Civil engineering technician has limited states sponsoring the occupation. To have options for more states, you can either nominate bricklayer or civil engineering draftsperson. These two occupations especially the bricklayer have more states sponsoring it and you can align your experience to any of the two.

Are you a recent graduate? Why not try the migration process before pumping money to school fees.

If you are a manager in sales or customer service, you can apply but if not, there is no current occupation to nominate.

What is your spouse's occupation?

Northern Territory is the only state sponsoring environmental health officer which is a long thing. Your spouse may be in a better position as the principal applicant.

Having ICAN is not compulsory but will he be able to make 85 points? That is the least point for Accountants.

NT State nomination application takes at least 8 months before you get a response which may be negative.

Civil servant is ambiguous. Which ministry is he and what are his job descriptions?

I am a sales executive Manager.
And I have experience as a call centre customer service but not a manger.

Am I likely to get a positive assessment with studying accounting

@Marksburg,

Ensure that whoever you put down on the reference is reachable either on phone or by email.

Use motor mechanic as advised. Provide all required documents and you should be fine.

What you studied is not the issue but how you can align your job descriptions to your nominated occupation. You should visit AIM website to understand their requirements for a sales manager.

I cannot think of any occupation that aligns with this.

Other option is student visa.
