Please has anyone who did biometric and interview on friday 30th of August with PS gotten their visa? This wait is killing me
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 3 by Zoey1: 3:50pm On Sep 09, 2019
Priority Service tells you its 5-7 working days. Today is 9th and the wait is killing you.
You better add to your perseverance, today is just 6th working day, so UKVI is still onpoint.

Pls anyone with experience should help me on this matter. My school agent ask me to use super piority when applying and my dependents should use standard. But I prefer to use piority because it's more cheap. Can I go ahead?
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 3 by tohbahgold: 5:43pm On Sep 09, 2019
As at today, people who did priority service are still on the wait with ramge from 6-14 working days already and still hasn't gotten their visas.

It's your choice. Can you wait? Is your school resuming later?

After all consideration, you can make your choice.

Are they paying?
My school's Nigerian Rep did that and I told her NO.
It was 3months to resumption and even if it was resumption week, do it only if you want to and can afford it.
Use your priority and be hopeful that it will come out within specified time plus you can still get 1-2 weeks extension.

Hello guys.

Please I would like to know which of the student Visas to apply for between priority and super priority? ... My start date is in October.
Also, which of these locations (Lagos and Abuja) is faster in terms of visa processing time and available interview dates?

I'm really worried at the moment

I did my Biometrics on 19th August for a Standard Service . Today makes it 22 days(16 working days) and still no feedback.

On Tracking my application, it's still on stage 3 out of 6. My Msc program actually starts today.

I have already booked a flight for 22nd of this month. I'm really praying it comes out before then.
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 3 by Zoey1: 7:25pm On Sep 09, 2019
19th Aug to Sept 9th can never be 15working days.
Do a proper maths, remove the bank holiday.
Ask for extension from school.
Flight ticket can be changed
Wait and wait.

[quote author=donbuscka post=82075624]Look at what my sch sent to me after so much effort and lot of challenges..
Dear Qudus,
I am just emailing from the international student advice (ISA) team regarding your maintenance documents.
I understand that you were initially advised by the international student advice team that you have £16,980 as of the date 4th September 2019, whilst this information was correct as that was your closing balance. We acknowledge the email you received did not make it clear that UKVI look at the minimum in the account in the last 28 days and not the closing balance.

The minimum in the account in last 28 days is £12,736 and therefore not enough for the visa application as you need to show £11,385 plus your unpaid tuition fees for 28 consecutive days. We apologise this was not made clearer by us when your documents were initially assessed by the team.
I am copying in the international recruitment officer, who actioned on the advice given by the ISA team, to support you through the deferral process.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

Kind regards, can u imagine this guys I don’t even know what to do

sorry to bother you bro, are you going to Edinburgh Napier Uni in January. My school's Nigerian rep told me the same. Are we dealing with same person?

No, not same person.
If the school is not paying use your priority and hope for a fast decision.

This is simple, they are just helping you.
Your balance dropped within the 28days which is not acceptable by UKVI.
£1 must not drop within those 28days else its automatic denial, if they don't point it out, you would pin it on them.
So do the needful.

[quote author=doyindav post=81896091]Hello everyone. Please I used the assisted service for my Super priority application today. My bank statement was printed on both sides of the paper and it actually skipped my mind to notify the TLS staff and confirm if both sides were scanned properly.

In case both sides aren’t captured, would I be asked to come back to re upload or it’s grounds for a refusal ?

Hello

Please were you interviewed?

Visa application submitted August 10.
Biometric done August 19.
Passport returned to VAC Abuja August 28.
Passport sent to me in Uyo by DHL same August 28.
I went to collect the passport on Friday, August 30th to the glory of God.
I used Priority Service.

I was denied a Shengen visa last May and I stated it in my Tier 4 application.
This is just to encourage you guys to not be deterred by any previous visa. Just state it.

Dear experts in the house, can I touch my money now to make some payments for accommodation in the UK, etc?
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 3 by Zoey1: 11:00am On Sep 10, 2019
They did not make it clear? Is that not English?
And you want to go study?
That's not Spanish or French, how else do you want it communicated?
You are already shifting blames.
Clap for yourself.
I rest my case.

Good afternoon everyone, I already booked for my appointment for Thursday. Do I need to submit hotel reservations or it's not necessary?? As I am not sure where I would be staying yet as I am still awaiting replies from various landlords I contacted. Please a reply would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

@Zoey1 your subtle insults to this guy is unnecessary! There are better/civil ways to point out his errors. This is borderline bullying!
