Unveiling the ongoing Construction of Prince Arthur Eze Flyover in Ebonyi

In an effort to curb traffic congestion in Ebonyi State which is caused by heavy inflow of investors and greener pastures hunters, the governor, Engr. David Nweze Umahi, FNSE, FNATE has introduced construction of flyovers, pedestrian crossing, bridges and tunnels which are used to compliment many roads constructed in the state.

So far, the state is having four 23 span flyovers which include Sen. Offia Nwali flyover, Akanu Ibiam Flyover, St. Margaret Umahi Flyover and now the ongoing Construction of Prince Arthur Eze Flyover at Abaomege, Onicha LGA of Ebonyi State.

Also, there are several pedestrian crossing, bridges, and tunnels in the state and the governor has equally planned to construct more at Water Woks Road, Vanco Junction, New College of Medicine, Ebonyi Hotels junction etc.

As at today, Ebonyi State ranks top among the states with the best Road network, security, fast developing in terms of infrastructure, etc, which is the reason the state has become a safe heaven for investors.

Umahi, on Sunday , inspected the ongoing construction of the new flyover to see the progress of work done and was impressed with the quality and speed of work going on at site.

We now have a new Ebonyi State and we give all thanks to Governor David Nweze Umahi.

Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi should visit Ebonyi state let Dave Umahi teach him how to do projects.

This kind thing is needed at Abakpa junction and holy Ghost round about.

I'm from same place with Ugwuanyi but must admit this guy is a flop after visiting Ebonyi state

Right project in a wrong location. From the look of the landscape this place looks like a village that has low vehicular movement and activities.

I thought fly over bridge is for a notorious junction known for traffic deadlock to decongest traffic.

It's like the built Bayelsa airport that has the lowest traffic known to airport that have made airline companies not to move to the airport, from Bayelsa to Abuja or Lagos less than 40 passengers a day.

I was speaking base on the landscape and the thick forest I am seeing and no commercial buildings to signify that it's a busy road/junction the reason i said the place doesn't look like a place known for traffic.

But if you say so who am I to say other wise since I don't know the area more than you do, then kudos to Dave Umahi for having alot of signature projects with less federal allocation.

Unlike my governor Wike with huge allocation and IGR is yet to dualise any road not to talk of flyover bridge as signature project.

In terms of the landscape, nothing much is there. My own nah those tanker drivers, can't forget the experience I had when plying that route to calabar.

that is what we call proactive. Even if we don't need it now we may need it tomorrow. Who knows if our next governor will be as useless as our past governor, when we will need the fly over

That flyover was one of his best decisions, located across Abakaliki-Afikpo and Cross River Ohaozara- Enugu express way. A lot of accidents do happen there. Though not an urban area, but very busy high way

Yet Okezie IkpeAzu of Abia state will leave Osisioma flyover he started over 4 years ago as abandoned project in 2023 if the courts did not sack him. That ugly orangutan is a disgrace.
IPOB should deflate his corrupt protruding stomach whenever they catch him abroad.
