You are the ignorant person Mr. Someone is talking about a marriage spouse and you keep talking crap about girlfriend. Are you so immature that you can't see past this puerile inclination of yours?

They are married for godsake, not your senseless boyfriend girlfriend talk. If you can't make such a sacrifice for your husband, then it means the marital vows don't mean much. And it then begs the question: why willingly marry someone you don't love and can make sacrifices for?

Be smart bro.

LOL. Let's have this discussion again a month after your wedding.

My cousin who got married this year July is actually thinking of leaving the marriage because the husband was diagnosed of Kidney failure and needs a transplant. The summary of the story is that the family of the man is expecting the newly married wife to donate one of her kidney to the man because my cousin is biological match to the husband, she and her family has said LAI LIA O, that his their child and they should find a way to go about it. After dragging this issues for some months na, my cousin family are pushing her to file for a divorce

a. would it be considered wickedness on her part considering, his not only the husband but PARTLY trained her in school too?

The marriage is less than a year no much money to even look for a seller, Aunty want to japa and leave the man
Sacrifice is good, if she loves him she will do it,"if she doesn't she is wicked right? What if on doing it she dies? What would happen?. Is unfortunate the man has to look for a way to solve the problem, if he loves the wife why he want her to take such risk? Anyways if he has #50 m let come and take mine am available,08066212559

This is quite simple people donate such either for love or money(selling it). So the question here is does ur cousin not love her husband or it was one of those relationships of convenience that’s gate crashed or deceived itself into marriage out of guilt or indebtedness to the other?

Nobody can tell ur cousin what to do, not her husband nor her family. It’s up to the value and love she has for her husband if at all any. I probably guess they don’t have kids so there’s less motivation to make such huge commitment if the relationship was all a fraud.

60% globally and 90% of Nigerian Relationships these days are not built on love bt convenience. Such relationships are scams

Okay. I have a issue. i mistakenly transferred money to the wrong account. I was told by the bank that before the money could be withdrawn from the account which was wrongly credited, i need to get a court order. is this proper?

Yes. That's the procedure. You should act fast before the money gets withdrawn by the account holder

It seems like you're extremely ignorant but then again, I believe you're simply denying the truth. Take a moment to think about your relationships or marriage. What's the most remarkable thing you've done for your girlfriend/wife? Would you have done exact thing at the beginning of your relationship? No, right? Does it mean you don't love her from inception? You don't just wake up to start loving and making sacrifices for someone like a controlled zombie. It takes a great deal of commitment to arrive at that level. Husband or not, did you take a moment to ask how long they've been together?

See the way people are using threats of marriage vows on the poor iyawo.

There are very few instances where kidney injury can lead to end stage renal disease (the stage where transplant is needed) all within 3months and affecting both kidneys.

Kidney failure has stages 1 to 5 and only poor management would make it progress to the last stage within 3months.It is even almost 99% likely that the man has even undergone a renal dialysis (artificial kidney machine procedure)

Secondly the test for compatibility called the HLA typing, takes about 3weeks to get the the result. Now subtract this time from the marriage duration.

All in all, what I'm saying is, the man and his family likely knew about his kidney problems months before the marriage, but hid it from her.
He married that girl for the sole purpose of kidney donation. That alone is fraud, and the wife has no obligation to donate. She (the wife) is the victim here

I'm making the above impression ,as a doctor nearing being a nephrologist (kidney specialist).

Did the kidney suddenly fail or it was there all along and wasn't disclosed? If it wasn't disclosed, she has a choice to walk away. If it happened suddenly, she ought to make sacrifice but you can't force her. I believe he has siblings, let love ànd blood lead.

Again, Instead of the two families to sit down and look for a suitable solution, it's divorce they are pushing her for? A fresh marriage for that matter, what exactly was their reason to get married if they can't support and help each other at their down times?

Tell your cousin to take her husband to Dunamis glory dome healing and deliverance every tuesday. The God of pastor Enenche will heal her free of charge with her/his faith intact. If you like ignore, God is still God forever. My advice

Painful situation right here, if that lady leaves the man now it means pure wickedness and also kidney transplant are not always successful, this reminds me of a sad senerio of my mentor Chaz B of sharing life issues rhythm fm Lagos, his wife mama monalisa donated one of her kidney for Chaz b but as God wishes Chaz didn't survive it its a painful situation but you see there is love in sharing if she leaves the man now especially when there is no money to find a donor is pure wickedness

This is where true emotions are tested. I remember one of ojb wife gave him a kidney. If you truly love ur partner, such matter won't be difficult. And married peeps should try to leave out their parents and siblings in their matters abeg, humans can be selfish. Personally I'd give me a kidney. Shey I can survive on one kidney ryt? Giving d father of my kids my kidney won't be bad... Atleast I'll know I own him totally, I'm his life saver. grin
On point dear.

I know you yourself won't give so you support the narrative that it's not right to give for sake of a troubled conscience. Whether you like it or not, love requires sacrifice. There is no love without sacrifice. Love is part of romantic love. Love is love. Even if Nigeria gives the best medical services in the world, she will still not give the kidney. There is no excuse. A human being can survive on one kidney. That's a fact. All excuses are for the gods. She doesn't want to give. If she loves her husband, she will give. Let's tell it like it is and stop covering people's selfishness.

Females on this thread are already making up excuses for her and defending her because they themselves can't love their men to give them their kidneys. To soothe their troubled conscience, which arises from the fact that they are selfish and have no love, they are making up excuses to justify their selfishness and lack of love.

Its very easy to say give till you are the one in the middle.
Its a major decision anyone wouldnt wanna rush into.

Theres no right or wrong decision here.

Stop watching Zeeworld and Nollywood. It can mess up your perception of the true realm we live in.

I am very concerned about the medical implication donating a kidney will have on the lady. That should be the main issue on the table.

Oga, this has nothing to do with Zeeworld or Nollywood. Either you love your spouse or you don't. It's just like a soldier telling you that he is brave, war is not easy, and running away from battle like a coward is no right or wrong decision.

She is compatible with the husband; a human can run fine on a kidney; and the doctors to perform the surgery are available. That's all that's needed. The woman has no tangible excuse. She doesn't want to give. It's her right not to give but it stands that she doesn't love her husband.

This is not the full story, i believe the man built the relationship on deceit by not telling his wife his long time kidney issues. These things dont start overnight. I guess the family planned it with him to rely on his wife for kidney.
And this goes for other people who deceive their partners without disclosing their health issues both man and woman.
Let them get a donor and leave the wife out of it.

I find romantic relationships to be overrated and a complete waste of time. There is nothing I need from it. I also plan not to marry and have children because it's the way I want it and I am happier that way. Even if I want children, I will go through surrogate mums. A nanny, employed by me, will take care of my kids until they can safely find their way around the house(around age 9) and keep themselves okay. I will spend quality time with them to raise them properly. My life.

what are you even saying this woman? If he was thinking like this he wouldn't have invested in her by sponsoring her education ,considering the fact that MOST women this days are heavily Ungrateful. He wouldn't have done it but he did it. And now he has kidney problem she is already planning on DIVORCING HIM? Chai life is wicked! Nobody is forcing her to Donate kidney but what happened to staying and SEARCHING FOR A DONOR FOR HER HUSBAND? sad My prayers is God should make this man survive this ordeal after this pain right now. I keep telling guys Don't ever sacrifice shit for a woman NEVER because you lots are the most ungrateful and very hard hearted ,she is not even thinking twice before divorcing him. I bet if he had used that money he used in sponsoring her Education to start a business for a young boy on the streets he would be faring better! Nobody is forcing her to donate but divorcing him so fast? She didn't even bother looking for a donor whom I am sure they will find if they really search around. It's a pity this man will be learning the true nature of women the hard way I pray he survives.
