Do you guys know anyone who has been given visa for schooling in near east university??
I have finished my admission process and school fees paysince June/July for my masters program in September . I applied for my visa on the 1st of August 2019, after 3weeks I got a mail to come and collect my passport only for me to be given back my passport with a slip name not on the list’
I called a friend living in Cyprus and he went to the university and made a complain to the university that the embassy said my name is not on the list.. the school assured him that they will resend the name again to the embassy.. but it’s over 2 weeks not and I have not gotten an email for me to come and resubmit my passport..
Most of some people that applied to near easy has that same issue ..
Please house what should I do because I am worried

How long does it take to get a response from the embassy after picking up your passport with a slip saying “YOUR VISA APPLICATION HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO TURKISH AUTHORITY FOR EXAMINATION “
Pls someone respond ASAP ,it’s over a week now and I’ve not been mailed

Well I paid 100k. Note the person bought the tickets(Return tickets on Turkish airline) for me.

Nobody asked him of any BTA. He had 790 Euro on me to pay for his accommodation and other things when he left.He got a place of 90 euro per month (2 bed in a room) in a 2 bed room apartment, he's expected to pay 4 or 5 months upfront.Also commission fee 90 euro and deposit fee euro 90 as well.Totally 630 euro( please note this not a hostel but an apartment outside the school about 15 minutes walk to school(CIU)).

Before your arrival contact your school to pick you up at the airport, if you prefer to use the taxi for those in Lefkoşa insist on paying via taxi meter.

Girne Lefke and Famagusta students avoid taxi use the airport bus it will safe you alot of dollars.
If you can afford the long taxi, it's ok to enjoy the comfort after long flight.

Wait for almost two weeks hopefully the embassy will call you. If not, then get in contact with me so you can fly with ok-to- board (this allows you travel to Cyprus).

Good afternoon. I have paid the acceptance fee deposit of 1000 euros at Girne American University and I haven't gotten my acceptance letter yet. How do I get my acceptance letter? I have emailed the admissions office and yet no response. Please what do I do cos the school resumes in a week. Thanks
