Don't ever use a Nigerian number to call end user. Learnt my lesson the hard way today. Already concluded deal but a phone call with a Nigerian Number spoilt everything.

I received a reply within 5 minutes from an enduser that he was willing to pay $250 even though I asked for a better price he insisted, for a name quoted at $499 then I tried to track my domain analytics I saw that someone was on the sale page for 12:58 minutes what do you think should I wait a little or accept the 250 offer?

If the price at 250 is okay with you, "strike while the iron is hot", else you counter his offer with 300-350 as the least price you will accept for the domain.
