The most important thing is, your SOA must be genuine because VOs will surely confirm the authenticity. Also, to be on the safe side, the closing account that is there before you print, should be there after printing and preferably be left for months after application submission.
All the best

Getting an msc with a cgpa lower than 3.6 is kinda difficult. I applied to five different universities consulted another 10 their response was if I have a Nigerian certificate and my cgpa is not up to 3.8 and above I should forget it especially for a competitive program like MBA AND MSC IN MANAGEMENT THAT HAS LIMITED SEATS
EVEN THE SMALL UNIVERSITIES I APPLIED TO SELF ALL REJECTED ME

I regret to hear your applications to five different universities for Admission were turned down. Please extend your search to Conestoga College and Fanshawe for their Global business management program.

Please does anyone know how long it takes for Seneca College to give admission? And is there anyone attending or has attended Seneca College here?

Good morning house.
Please about SOP or LOE. Like how many pages precisely should it be for proper presentation of intent.

2-4 pages is adequate enough for an SOP. So as not to bore the reader (visa officer) with irrelevant and repetitive points.

hello house another question for you. My sponsor is my husband and am using our company account for my start of account but we don’t have tax clearance. Can I use the statement of account without tax clearance

Sure! You're eligible to use your husband's company account for your VISA Application without including a tax clearance certificate. If this is a Limited Liability Company, I would suggest you get a reference letter from the bank which would state that your husband or both of you are the sole signatory to the account, and has been satisfactorily been running the account since it's creation until this date. This will further prove to the visa officer that the funds presented in your application is readily available and accessible by you (the principal Applicant) at any given time during the course of your studies.

It depends on what you plan using it for, WAEC is equivalent to Canadian High school diploma. To your next question, PLEASE REFER TO WES DOCUMENT-BY-DOCUMENT.
Is NECO also accepted in canada. Which countries accept NECO.

NECO is acceptable by few schools in Canada.... Like Memorial University of Newfoundland and University of Winnipeg.

Greetings to the house,

About travel history, do they mean if the applicant has lived in another country for 6 months consecutively or a total of 6 months in a lifetime.

Answers are needed please.

Then u need to apply through the ontario college portal.. This is a portal that contains most selected colleges in Ontario, so if u wanna apply for a course and pay for the admission then u need to go through the Ontario College International portal... Please note, go through the Intentional portal and nt the domestic... Peace

Wow... Same here. I also applied August 8 but I received a biometric receipt request two days ago. I don't know what that actually is though I'm hoping it's a positive sign. Did u receive such? It's my second time applying.

Second time applicant? Really? I thought they said biometrics last for 10 years.

@Christycode, The letter you received is called a Biometrics Validity Letter (BVL), it comes like a correspondence letter via your MyCIC Account stating that your biometrics is valid for a decade and that you wouldn't have to submit your fingerprints for any temporary resident visa application throughout this period of time. Please be well informed that applicants who receive this letter without a medical request is automatically a REFUSAL. This is the modus operandi by the Kenya, Nairobi Visa office since September, 2018 until now.

Thanks

LOE is mainly used to tackle refusal reasons, SOP is used to convince the VO that u are eligible to study in Canada by stating clearly ur Purpose of Visis and other necessary factors.. Peace

What they sent to you, was it asking you to send the confirmation that you did biometrics or they sent you confirmation that you do biometrics?
You could do well be uploading what you were sent.
Peace

I heard about form-A after joining nairaland. My tuition was paid through my bank's (GTB) online banking platform... The exchange rate might be higher though compared to form-A, but based on your situation why not give it a try.

P.s: Worst case alternative if the flywire suggested by @Makano doesn't work for you.

Memorial University and University of Saskatchenwan has Electrical and Electronic Engineer. Thus, i think Memorial focus more on Communications Engineer in their Graduate Diploma. With a 2.2, i doubt the possibility. However, contact the respective schools before applying.

Good luck!
The reason I'm applying for graduate diploma is because I have a 2:2 if not would have gone for a straight master. Are you telling me it's also difficult securing graduate diploma admission with a 2:2?
I intend to sponsor myself. What's are the cons of sponsoring myself? What's the meaning of SOA people have been talking about here. Thanks.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by jidluk: 3:03pm On Sep 26, 2019
Ok boss, Thanks.
Frankrobbn1:

@jidluk, I would suggest your wife should apply for a degree that is higher than her already completed degree. Going for an ordinary diploma at this stage in her career doesn't show a logical progression and for the fact the visa officer will not be satisfied that she's a bona-fide Applicant who will study and depart and also using study permit as a means to facilitate entry into Canada rather than educational Advancement. The advice given by @Mandyknows is a guided one.

Sure you should be able to get a PGD/PGC program with your 2.2. But make sure what ever program you choose is a progression either academically or career wise.

To sponsor yourself is not a bad thing as long as you have enough funds to cover for all expenses (tuition fees, LE, flight) at least for one year.

Oh... And SOA means statement of account.
Sometimes you don't just ask all these questions, you can help yourself by searching for the meaning as related to travelling abroad.
