Even with the issues of al-Qaeda Pakistan remains among the world best in terms of human surgery and engineering.

Bcs most of Nigeria hospitals in 1980s if you go to units like Radiology unit, opalthomology, brain surgery, etc.

You will see those Pakistani people. So stop thinking that they don't have anything
