You're not looking for 99 people who say NO
but 1 who says YES.

In my businesses, the first training I give newbies
is "marketing" and how to lump objections. It's
like gunning for the lady of your life. Do you quit
because she says NO.

Regina Daniels would have rejected Ned Nwoko many
times because of age and ugliness but persistence helped
him. He used his asset (wealth) to convince her.

Your asset is your domain. No one can take it.

You and your uncouth lots are the problem of Nigeria today.

How on earth is showing this vibrant Nigerian thread with many honest and integrity conscious domainers a sin for goddsakes! Like how? If our already soiled image has any hope at all of redemption, the Internet would be the best platform for the job!! Is anyone doing any shady thing here? Is domaining illegal? Jeez people!! You're driving me nuts!

They can as well keep going through every single Nairaland threads, that will be the only way they'll understand that not everyone in Nigeria is a bad egg as opposed to popular opinion.

Y'all want PayPal and the rest to accept Nigeria, yet you're reclining into your individual insecurities!

This Haykay2005 guy has always been very controversial right from way back. Always thinking himself better than everybody. There was even a time he got into a heated argument with iykepromotions himself. That was why I had to cuss him out. I thought he would respond, so I would further drag him in the mud. Smh

See how your reasoning is? So because haykay2005 got into a "heated argument" with Iykepromotions, he's now an outcast in your world?

Iyke deserves every accolade for creating the thread but I'm sure he himself knows that his opinions cannot be taken by everyone all the time.

Haykay2005 has won the right to think of himself however he deems fit. He's one of the chiefs around here and people like you are the reason why he and a number of other old heads has chosen to become spectators here.

Had you all observed his caution here, this issue would have been avoided. Next time, try to make your points without insults.

Is it bad if you read from page 1 -300?
I have read from the beginning to the end and I am still going back to read from the beginning. If you read from page 1, it will help you a lot . How domain flipping operate, the keywords, how to do outbound and respond to problems you may encounter. It will help you develop confidence and trust in this business and many more.

Those that have suggested you read from page one have helped you, but you failed to see that.
How did many start to flip? Many read the thread, became convinced and then enrolled in iykepromotions class. You can do the same.

What are you blabbing about? There are no perfect person here, we are learning everyday. If not for the page 637 (i am not sure of the page) i read on brandable domains, I won't have succeeded on squadhelp.

Even if you contact anybody. Remember the best advice was the one you just ignored. It's not a get money quick scheme. I advice you read from page 1 to 200, before contacting him. No crash course can substitute from the knowledge that is available on this thread. I'm still on page 150 by the way. That was after training.

Reading from page 1 to 300 doesn't sound that hard to me. I read this thread from page 1 to 400 back then it was still not up to the number it is right now.
It took me 5days to do that.
With my pen and paper of course to jot down some salient points.
And am still following it till now. So i read more than 700 pages..
.
So don't make it seem as if it is impossible to do. If you don't want to stress yourself with reading then get someone who read it from 1 to 700 to tutor you.
Of course you will pay him good for saving you the troubles of reading.
The knowledge of domaining is inscribed from the very first page of this thread to the last, so do you yourself a favor by listening to the person who told you to read just from 1- 300.
You are complaining? Some people even read this thread and some other thread of iyke from Beginning to End and they are still alive with loads of knowledge on domaining in their arsenal.
If you are too busy to read, look for someone who had all the time in the world to read it for mentoring.
You will pay him or her for sure, so if you are cool with that then go ahead.
But if not, the information on this thread is all that you need.
BTW I am offering mentoring on domain flipping on WhatsApp. You can contact me on WhatsApp with o80275726..88
I already gave out some freebies in the form of videos there. They are pretty much enough to get you up and running on how the business works. The rest are paid.

Don't tell someone to contact you for domain training on this thread , direct him to iykepromotions if need be.

I sincerely believe that anybody that this has paid should once in a while offer something to iykepromotions, it is not easy for someone to expose people to something like this and you are here telling someone to contact you on his thread.

Please, let us be mindful of our actions.

The truth is that if you are not ready to read this business is not for you, you will just waste money registration names that will barely sale even people that have sold up to twenty names still read to meet up with the latest trend.

My advice get a pen and a book and summarize the first 100 pages.

So, unlike the others, I paid attention to you. I am not a vet yet but I thought I would share the little knowledge I have with you. Why? I have been in your shoes. Heck, I'm still in your shoes. So I understood how you felt. You aren't the first to hit me up from this thread. I'm always happy to help others with the LITTLE I can. It makes me happy.

In every business, networking is important.

I have also messaged people here. Some ignored me after one or two chats. Some ignored after I asked them a question about domainiing. Yet, I have never come here to name-shame any, because no one is entitled to kindness from others.

So, I gave you my WhatsApp. You messaged me saying I should enlighten you. I asked if you had funds to invest. You said yes. I asked why you didn't contact the op then. You said you felt I could help. I said I didn't believe you.
Then you gave a rather arrogant response: "pls if you won't assist me, let me know".
I still didn't take offence. I recommended that you read this thread up to page 300.
I wanted to see your reply. I thought if you agreed, I would tell you to read and ask questions whenever you get confused. But then, you probably insulted me. Because, by the time I woke up this morning, you had deleted the reply you sent. I came here and saw your message.

In school, our lecturers would recommend huge texts for us to read up. We had to read them up if we wanted to succeed. While reading, we would go to them from time to time to clarify some things. That's how to become " enlightened ". The enlightenment starts with you.

But you don't even need to do that. You have done well already. Keep it up. With Your current attitude, you will go far in this biz.

I have been a silent follower of this thread for verrrrry long time and have not found the need to make a comment because I haven't invested in domaining, hence no sales report, hence no need to comment.

I usually prefer to watch, but if I don't say something on this one, my throat might likely burst from the pressure build-up of the anger I have been holding back.

The person who shared the link of this thread to NP is not wise at all. No need to mince words here, we are not babies, neither is it an insult. It is a proper observation. The person lacks emotional intelligence and foresight. Why in God's precious name will you share the link of a family meeting that has benefitted and changed alot of lives to a gathering in which our direct & indirect competitors are probably present? People who most of do not even like you in the first place, and feel you can never/should not be superior to them in anyway, including financially.

Do you realise the implications of that singular act of carelessness? Why do we always get carried away the moment it involves a foreigner? The disadvantages of sharing that link far outweighs any preconceived advantages. You just rush share link because you were carried away, forgetting that this is business, and business is war for people like them, and war is strategy.

A simple "Hey guys, do you think it will be okay to share this thread's link?" would have been better. And it would have been discussed, sighting advantages and disadvantages. Do you think they don't have thier own secret, private cocoons where they discuss strategy too? Why dem no share am give us too?

Iyke singlehandedly created this thread, other gurus continue to contribute to it, people are making money and benefiting from it, so what other big advantages were you in pursuit of that made you share the link in the first place?

For those saying why are some bothered when we have nothing to hide. Of course, we have nothing to hide beacause, truly, domaining is not illegal. But I hope you do realise now that thanks to someone's quick fingers any domainer(or group of domainers) over there with the capital who already have a vendetta against people like us climbing the ladder can make things quite a little bit more difficult, especially for newbies learning the ropes -- which has been the pride of this thread.

I honestly would not blame other experts if they decide to henceforth hold back some of thier winning strategies that might have benefitted alot of upcomings here, because now they are not so sure that thier direct competitors are not watching and taking notes. There is a big difference between helping your adopted family grow with strategies that work you, and telling those same strategies to your direct competitors. Big difference

Now this thread suddenly has this uncomfortable vibe, like a family meeting being held in your local dialect but with a tiny inch of suspicion that the stranger sitting across the room can hear.

And as for that Rob guy, I never liked him. I can read people from a mile away. There's something sneaky about him and he can't fool me. He's a businessman above everything else, so he better stop with all the showmanship. The insensitivity of the comment he made about Nigerian fraud to the Nigerian guy that works for him says alot about how his brain works. The other comment he then made about Indians being worse shows he is someone who talks from both sides of his mouth and has deregatory tendencies, which he tries to hide, against perceived third-world countries.

Trust me, he says worse about us behind our backs. It is common sense.

Lastly, I apologise to y'all for this long epistle, the thing just dey pain me say we Nigerians and Africans in general trust too much and become jittery the moment in involves a foreigner, forgetting that it is only a few of them that can tolerate us if they have nothing to gain from us.

I have been following this thread for a very long time now. I have seen it help and change lives because it's basically a community where fellow Nigerians support and help eachother grow -- which is very rare.

And if anybody tries to jeopardize that due to lack of foresight or artificial misplaced excitement that will soon wane off when reality starts crashing in, then that person should be scolded with harsh words if need be or ostracized from the community. No time to pamper people whose actions , knowingly or unknowingly, will make things difficult for others.

May God grant Nigerians and we Africans in general the wisdom to be wise and alert and not get easily carried away..... because our continent desperately needs it. Amen.

Happy Sunday.... (goes back to hiding)

I will start by saying our school system has failed to teach us fundamental lesson of life, that is you will get more rejected than you will get accepted in most endeavour. For you to conclude that people ignore your mentions for no reason is wrong. Everyone has something occupying their mind that need immediate attention. I would say you are lucky to get someone's number on here.

He sounded wicked?? Hell NO. If you ask me, that is the best advice anyone who want you to succeed in this business will tell you. FYI, i have seen some poeple who just read the whole thread, take action on what they read and they are making good sales today. I read the entire thread from zero to page 592 in five days. I didn't stop there I went to NamePros reading different posts. I wasn't satisfy, I enrolled for a training under OP, download lots of ebooks, and still read this thread everyday. One yeye white man said the best way to keep secret from a black man is to write in a book because black man don't read. You seems to validate that theory with your complain bro. Go and read.

if the op had this same charisma how many of you will sell domain and make profit today.... let love lead... in life we rise by helping others...

That line got me laughing cheesy smiley to burst your bubbles, there are some who are making kills in domaining before the birth of this thread. Even to get OP's attention, you still have to pay token. Nothing is Free of charge even in Freetown. Something that is Free has been paid by someone else.

I still have my funds to invest a Good Samaritan should put me through Biko ..God bless you as you do
Good you have some cash to invest. But money alone would not make you scale through in this business. You will need patience, persistence in face of failure, iron stomach to accept lots of rejection from end users, and Grace. Hope that sinks.

Island01:

Forgive my typo errors
Do not worry bro, English is not our first language (but the case is different when you doing out bounding, na Oyinbo you dey follow talk, no typo)

Stay blessed Happy Sunday.

Smh
highly unnecessary. You're an old moniker here and I don't expect this from you even when you knew hayKay very well. I don't even remember having any argument with him though at times, healthy argument is allowed.

For the sake of respect and professionalism, render an unreserved apology to hayKay.

Regards.
