I don't know how else to get my school to give me my transcript and I don't know anyone in any university postgraduate school who could pick it out for me.

Firstly, go to the postgraduate school, meet the secretary or whomever that records incoming transcripts and have an agreement. Then apply for the transcript to be forwarded to your schools postgraduate office. Monitor the dispatch and notify the secretary or whomever that will receive the transcript in the postgraduate school. It will picked up without been recorded as an incoming mail in the postgraduate school. It may work when their is a reasonable agreement !

With only Duolingo, it may take you time to achieve your goals. Duolingo is very very basic, you can use it to memorise a few vocab and ease into learning German but don't depend solely on it. Especially the robotic voice that says the word is HORRIBLE, you won't develop listening skills.

No it must be done in person. They'll confirm your identity with your international passport.

You can as well use Nipost, it's cheap less than 1k, except you need the papers delivered in less than 7 days or thereabout.

Have u tried nipost to Germany before? what if your documents gets missing ?
