Area4Area:Which people am I claiming? Oga park one side. I'm not one of those Igbos massaging fragile egos of minorities in SS. The only group I'm interested in SS are Igboid groups willing to join Biafra. That's all. How can anyone own a people? Are they property to be owned? |

[quote author=Ekpeitit post=82853257]It's funny how you guys keep saying people claiming to be from South South ,what makes you think that there are no Niger Delta people on Nairaland? The Niger Delta people know very well that Igbos should never be trusted and will never go with your Biafra, we also know that if you were not landlocked and we did not have oil Igbo people would never have invited us into their so called Biafra. Let me ask you something, let's say Akwa Ibom State where I come from decide to join your useless Biafra, what will we gain from that? What do the Igbos bring to the table,we have oil, what do you have? You have nothing but the dream to use our oil to develop your Igbo communities. We don't need you,you need us. Please form your Igbo Biafra and leave us out of your nonsense. Ndisime ndito uneghe. I must emphasize that I am Ibibio not Yoruba. You guys always keeps shouting our oil, our oil yet the north are the ones enjoying the real proceeds of the oil, all you get is just only 13%. How many oil wells does an akwa ibom man get in your state? You people are only strong when it comes to igbos. |

Your English is terrible, you are clearly uneducated. If you are thinking of forming Biafra with this kind of English then I really feel sorry for your Biafra. Just because you are good at petty trading doesn't mean you can survive as a country. You can't even develope your 5 Igbo states and you are talking about surviving as a country. Una go suffer die for this Nigeria. |

pazienza:Have those Igbos in the SS told you they want to go with you? Have Igbos in the SE even told you that they want Biafra? |

pazienza:kwara and Yoruba psrts Kogi were also part of Southern protectorate No, it was not tiny Owo A good part of today's Osun and Ondo and Ekiti state is what was referred to as Owo division. |

No what gives me nightmares is the thought of my Akwa Ibom State being a part of BIAFRA. We honestly don't care where Igbos go or what you do,just leave us alone. We are very comfortable where we are. Don't waste your time, stop day dreaming. |

Ekpeitit:So you're not ashamed that after being busted as a Yoruba on several occasions, you still stick with this monicker masquerading as an Akwa Ibom. Why are you ashamed of your tribe? |

You link is at variance with your claims. You said; There was a protectorate and colony of Lagos , that was not part of Southern protectorate. That protectorate is today's SW.But this is the quote from your link; Lagos Colony was a British colonial possession centered around the port of Lagos in what is now southern Nigeria. It was annexed on 06 August 1861 and declared a colony on 05 March 1862. The colony established a protectorate over most of Yorubaland between 1890 and 1897. The colony and protectorate were incorporated into Southern Nigeria in February 1906 and Lagos became the capital of the Colony and Protectorate of Nigeria in January 1914 |

Ekpeitit:Do you know that Igboland is bigger than akwaibom and cross river and some other ss states with numerous trbes in them. Do you know that igbos are more in population than all the numerous trbes in ss put together. What else do igbos want from from ss that deserve all the insults Can you stand hausa and yorubs if igbos are gone. You have mouth in Nigeria now is because you see igbos arround you. Yes there are igbos in akwaibom state, when the duty calls we will come for them. That was how some disgruntled individuals were saying that igbos in delta are migrants. What a nonsense. That's an affront to delta igbos. So because igbos frequently travel that warrants that any state aside from south east they sre seen will be considered migrants. |

Area4Area:Don't go there. Our brothers in the SS can never love you more than us. Get that! Even though IPOB seems foolish in their bid to drag unwilling minorities into their Biafra, no true Igbo wants the SS with us. The only people who share same destiny with us in Nigeria and in post Nigeria are our kins stuck in that enclave. As a matter of fact, if you want trouble, serious trouble you try put your hands in their matter. We don't joke with them, and they don't joke with us. Maybe you guys don't understand. The only reason the denials among them seem to be making noise is because we're still stuck in Nigeria. Once Nigeria disintegrates (which I don't pray for) that is when you'll understand that ethnicity isn't friendship. It's a matter of life and blood. |

Ekpeitit:The way you are sounding you are worst than enemy. Who need your trust. What do your tribe have that igbos don't have in hundreds folds. Can you humble yourself and state your tribe in akwaibom because as far as I know there are numerous tribes in akwaibom. Tell us what your tribe have that igbos are craving after. |
| Re: Igbos In Akwaibom: Lessons Learned by Nobody: 12:52am On Oct 06, 2019 |
I have said it everywhere to those who have ears that IPOB will fade out just like MASSOB. An illiterate group controlled by one supreme Jewish man knowns nothing about the geography of his supposed Biafra. He knows nothing about Igbo history and is only suffering from self ego. The group that will lead Igbo's are yet to be formed. When such group comes, we'll embrace them wholeheartedly. A typical Igboman will never enter allow an illiterate lead us into gloom with a jaundiced Biafra. Only an Igbo group that will unite all Igbo territories are what we want and shall form in due time. IPOB are the reason why some nonentities are getting at us because of a useless map. The same way MASSOB ridiculed themselves in the midst of these Igbo haters is the same way Kanu and his IPOB are ridiculing us with their illiteracy. The Igbo nation haven't spoken yet, we never appointed IPOB our leaders, and no group of person should feel special because of one useless map. |

Like I said before, we are not fighting or competing with Igbos ,we.just don't want to be in Biafra. Do your Biafra, no wahala. Enjoy your Biafra. |

awgumayor:Why do you guys sound stupid. The ghost you're quoting is a Yoruba ewu. He's been busted severally here. You know an Akwa Ibomite easily. If you want to know the views of an Akwa Ibomite visit their page on Facebook and not on a faceless forum as Nairaland where any idiot can pose as one. |

wirinet:What exactly is wrong with you. Protectorate and Colony of Lagos was not part of Southern Nigeria. It was joined to Southern Nigeria in 1906. That has always been my point from the beginning of this discussion. |
| Re: Igbos In Akwaibom: Lessons Learned by Ekpeitit(m): 1:05am On Oct 06, 2019 |
You see? This is why we think Igbos are fools. If you have a problem with Yorubas that's your business but my advice to you is that you should start thinking of doing your Biafra as an Igbo thing because no other tribe in this country will ever join an Igbo Republic. No other tribe trusts the Igbos. If you doubt me,wait till 2023,bring out an Igbo presidential candidate and see if Akwa Ibom State or any other Niger Delta tribe will vote for you. Igbos are too untrustworthy to do business with. Like I said before, I am an Ibibio man not Yoruba. I know ke mbio uneghe edo ndisime. |

Ekpeitit:If you like write down this your copy and paste Ibibio it changes nothing. Maybe you've forgotten that your exposed links are littered everywhere on nairaland. I thought that by now, you would have buried this monicker but true to yourself you kept using it. Oh, I know you own almost all the monickers deceiving the IPOB members who don't know your trade. |
| Re: Igbos In Akwaibom: Lessons Learned by awgumayor: 1:43am On Oct 06, 2019 |
Ekpeitit:stop forming professor. Nobody is above mistake/s. Education does not necessarily mean speaking and typing good English. Nigeria is under developed is because of self acclaimed professors, doctors, engineers etc we have who can speak and write good English but nothing to show on ground. Don't think that you are academically better than the petty traders. Which of your state is more developed than any of the 5 south east states.Don't hide in your mother's kitchen and talk because others are talking. As if only the igbos are suffering. As far as I know igbos are by far the most successful tribe in Nigeria . No matter the situation in Nigeria, igbos will still outshine others. It's gift and grace from God. Live with it igbo hater. |

UdechiHD:No one is sounding stupid. Whether ghost or not we must not keep quiet. If we do these people can rewrite history to suit them at the detriment of igbos. They should be confronted. If they are ghost as you presumed let the real persons ( akwaibomites) debunk them. |

Let me leave you here so you can drown in your illiteracy and delusion. Keep fooling yourself, instead of finding out why people don't trust Igbos you are busy worrying about the Yorubas. Una go suffer tire for dis Naija. Na dis kind mumu way you de mumu put una for dis situation. |
| Re: Igbos In Akwaibom: Lessons Learned by Nobody: 3:05am On Oct 06, 2019 |
Ekpeitit:Yoruba man I've heard. You can keep pressing the buttons of IPOB members who are always ready to jump at any useless thread, not me. Joblessness at it's peak. Keep up your online battles and receive your pay cheques from Alausa when you're done. Nairaland has given you guys the leverage to continue your propaganda which begins and ends here. You can keep creating more Igbo topics and monickers, una well done. |
| Re: Igbos In Akwaibom: Lessons Learned by Nobody: 3:07am On Oct 06, 2019 |
awgumayor:Tell your IPOB brothers to acquire sense and leave nairaland, rather than jumping on every thread created by Seun and his brothers. Nairaland is not the only forum in Nigeria. |

wordcat:you made a lot of sense, but saying yorubas are not our enemies is a big mistake. They are our most dangerous enemies. It wasn't a Fulani or Niger Delta man who killed 3 million Igbos by starvation. We must deal with the fulanis but we must deal with the Yoruba first |
| Re: Igbos In Akwaibom: Lessons Learned by irrefragable: 4:58am On Oct 06, 2019 |
selemempe:What we are doing is focusing on getting Biafra first. Forget about if SS joins or not. When Biafra is achieved, they might decide to join not. For now we need to include them in the map to coax them into being an ally, because if we don't, they might join the enemies fighting against our Biafran dream. We would rather have them as an ally or being neutral than an enemy; we already have enough enemies from the west to the north. There's still a likelihood that when we get Biafra they would key in; but whether they join or not, we are still capable of being great. The point I'm trying to make is "SS joining or not shouldn't be an issue for now. Getting Biafra should" |
