I visited a dermatologist last year about it and he told me it doesnt really have any cure and i shouldn't disturb myself about it that it'll actually go naturally. He said something about extracting the content of the rashes through surgery if i'm truly not comfortable with it.. You shouldnt disturb yourself about this at all.. i dont feel it will have any negative effect on your marriage.
