haircut especially hairlining is a very delicate stuff to us hence, we hardly jump from one barber to another. I have my own barber (sirpholly) and I don't joke with him at all. I remembered when I went to Naija for 1month, I didn't cut my hair all through my stay in Naija until I came back to Dubai. Infact I went to his shop from Dubai Airport with my luggage. You wont understand.

Did you hear akpeyi and ogu?

So akpeyi and ogu is the only naija player at 30 abi?

Akpeyi is crap, and ogu is clubless

Should i remind you algeria won the afcon with a 33 year old championship player who is their defensive midfielder and our young boys could not even compete with him in the middle of the park

So if a 30 year old is playing competitive football in europe he should not be called abi?

I suggested nwakaeme here who is one of trabzonspor best player but someone said he is 2 old for national team

I can bet if this thread issa brazillian national team thread you will call for daniel alves head for playing in the brazil league and still being invited at 36, do you know how many options brazil have in that position?

smh

Are we lacking players in that position?
Is he better than the ones mounting his position?

And as for Danny which of our defenders is better than him even at 36?

AFCON 2019: What VAR Delay Did To Super Eagles - Rohr

Brazil assistant coach Cleber Xavier has singled out Everton star Alex Iwobi as the player that his side must cage when they face Nigeria.

The Super Eagles will fight the Samba Boys of Brazil on Sunday at the Singapore National Stadium in a friendly encounter.

Nigeria have in-form Lille striker Victor Osimhen, Villarreal’s wing wizard Samuel Chukwueze and Rangers’ Joe Aribo going into the game but Xavier said the Iwobi is the player to watch out in the clash.

“At Nigeria, Iwobi plays more of an inside role as a second striker than at Everton,” Xavier told BBC Sport.

“He is the link in the counter-attack, drags opponents out of position and infiltrates well in the box.”

Brazil will take on another African side Brazil on Thursday before they play Gernot Rohr’s side on Sunday.

According to Xavier, the 2019 COPA America winners are playing the West African nations as part of preparations for the 2022 Fifa World Cup qualification campaign.

“Nigeria defend less than Senegal. The Senegalese are more about positioning with [Idrissa] Gueye marking strongly,” he noted.

“These two friendlies and the two November friendlies will allow us to test new players and to adjust and tweak some tactical details in attack and defence.

“We did this in the preparation for the Copa America. We succeeded in the objective of winning and did so unbeaten.

“Every time the qualifiers become more difficult. It is a very hard competition. Last time we qualified with four rounds to go, which was a great achievement.”

On the other hand, the match with Brazil is part of preparations for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers which starts in November.

Nigeria had in September played out a 2-2 draw with Ukraine in a friendly match. That was their first game after they finished third at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Egypt.

wetin you wan make talk nahhh.
it is painful to have a player who will begin to debilitate when he is still in late 20s
remember Amokachi retired @ age 27 when he is supposed to still be playing.

we just need home groomed players with true declared age
Because of injury
