I started hustling at a very young age, Days of doing Menial jobs ..till i gained admission and I started a brand on campus..so meaning I've never been zero zero broke...I am always having at worst of all worst 20,000naira (been a whole I had below 20k though)

My line of Job made me the go to guys for everybody in needs... Days of people in my DM with "I've not eaten" "I can't pay my school fees" "I can't pay my house rent" "I need help" and I do *737#.

During those periods , I do have this feelings of "Shey this people are lazy ni" "why is it so hard to Raise money" and some other times, when people share what they're passing through. I sincerely can't relate.

A friend told me he do trek to school everyday, Tfare to and fro is just 200naira (I paid for him for a week )

I've helped alot of people but I couldn't really figure how people feel and what Poverty means. I don't have the millions but I've never lacked the basic necessities (I worked for it).

I just can't get my eyes off the people suffering..and sometimes..I sincerely wanna feel they're over Hyping it. To me? Why won't someone be able afford 1k? Why won't someone be able to afford 20k?

So , sometimes in July.. I saw an opportunity to investment in something with a monthly returns of 20% interest (huge..even bank can't give me such)...so I took that as an opportunity to show people poverty is overrated.. I transferred all my funds into the investment PLATFORM.


GUYS! Immediately the money left my account? I felt a sudden breeze of emptiness! A sudden Hunger, a sudden lightness...that first week? I saw weeeem! Guys ! Guys! If you can afford 3 square meal ehn ? Be grateful! If you have money in your account ? Be grateful!

Since I became broke, unnecessary expensies started coming in...as money was coming in .it was going out (if you're broke.. you won't be able to save money). 2 weeks after.. My landlord called and gave me a 1 week period of Grace to pay up or else ..he will chase me out of his house ( money I could have paid without it removing any hair from me)

I realized the meat I was eating daily was grace, I realize my being able to board cabs on drop was grace..alot alot that I can't explain here .

Now, I can clearly understand what the poor people are facing daily. There is hope for me because I know my money is coming back with 20% interest and I will keep reinvesting.

But what about those Guys with no HOPE? if we have the means to help anybody? Let's help them! Fingers are even more equal if we're to compare it with the difference in people's status.

When you're poor.
Your money cycle will then to Input and output (as it is coming. It is going out)

Having zero balance does not give person rest of mind most especially when emergency fit come anytime..

But still still , more than average people are careless about their lifes.. Fine government is not helping but for how long are we going to continue deceiving ourselves...

Imagine someone who is married advising others to go and marry meanwhile after the conversations, he is still going to ask you for money to pay for his children school fees.. That's average Nigeria mentality.
