Recruitment: KDSG shortlists 5351after CBC

As its recruitment process continues, the Kaduna State Government has shortlisted 5,351 persons for further screening. This follows the conclusion of computer-based tests set for the 13,700 candidates who scaled through the first stage from the pool of 41,971 applicants. A screening exercise for the shortlisted candidates will commence this week. Persons who are successfully screened will then be invited for interviews by the agencies in which they have indicated interest.

Of the 13,700 persons on the first-stage shortlist, 12,887 registered for the CBT, while 12,299 applicants sat for the test between 7 October and 13 October 2019.

The second-stage shortlist of 5,351 includes 2604 entry-level, 2283 middle-level and 464 management level applicants. Among them are 443 candidates who earned perfect scores.

Applicants who sat for the CBT will receive email notifications regarding the status of their applications.

Screening of shortlisted candidates will commence in Kaduna this week. This will represent the first interaction between the applicants and KDSG officials in a recruitment process that has so far been conducted exclusively online.

Candidates on the shortlist will also be advised by email on the date, time and venue for their screening.

Ok. I guess the cut off varies with the cadre. I just confirmed from the person now that he applied for mid-level. Maybe the cut off for entry level was higher.

I scored exactly 34/60 =56.66% and I didn't make it to the next stage. I smell something. Anyways all the best.

I could understand, the entry level is the most lowest rank with lowest %, while the mid level is the next rank then followed by the management level that requires high marks. if I cannot remember the one I registered for again sef

Trying to remember the Cadre I applied for as well. I remember vividly that they talked about experience across the Cadres. I've looked around to see if I can find a mention of it, but it's not anywhere. I think I applied for mid level.

Possibly, my friend is entry level. That's not fair, did you noticed that the number of applicants shortlisted for mid level is almost as much as entry-level. I felt entry level should have higher candidates compared to the other two.

My guy with 53% got a regret mail.

It'd have made sense to know the scores of those that got a congratulatory mail.

I'm managing in one school. I'm afraid they may not want to grant me permission to travel for the screening. But if the kaduna stuff is really worth it, I will defy the school's position.
