What people do with their bodies is no one business. It's the girl's decision to keep her virginity or not.

You can tell her from a religious viewpoint, not to engage in casual sex.

You could mention the risks involved with sex before marriage.

She can decide on her own, for reasons best known to her, to stay away from boys (most likely with parental instruction).
