and you dont even need to register a company to do business in china, unless you hire some chinese to be your employees, for whom you need to buy their social insurance from the government.

but, of course, if you mean to work in a big chinese company, like other chinese guys, no , you cant . so many chinese are umemployed, why recruit an outsider ?

but of course, no one would do the menial jobs with a salary of 300dollars per month, not even the unskilled chinese if they can do without.

But interaction is generally limited with foreigners because of language barrier. But if you can break through the language most are fair.

Dubai is more developed in terms of infrastructure, the environment, public services etc than is any city in China including Shanghai and yes even London and New York. Now if you want to talk about culture then sure dubai does not have much cultural development, new York is the epicenter of culture. If you want to talk about financial markets and economic opportunities then also Shanghai, New York and London are ahead but if you want to talk about pure infrastructure development then dubai leads the pack. Forget the glass buildings, skyscrapers, adequate housing and world class roads. Dubai has a modern HRT in its metro, LRTs in its bus and tram systems, an underground rail connecting it to abu Dhabi and an upcoming hyperloop. It has public health programs, free healthcare, multiple exhibitions and social events throughout the year and world class cuisine, clubs, banks etc, all for a population of 3.4 million people.

What are HRT and LRT metros? For your info, Shanghai has a functional maglev metro(the oldest in the world) that connects Pudong Int’l airport to other parts of Shanghai. Shanghai has the world largest metro network with 16 lines while Dubai has mete two metro lines!

Exhibition centers, world class cuisines banks and clubs? Lol. Have you been to Shanghai? Forget the media hype, there’ Absolutely no comparison between Shanghai and Dubai. Shanghai is all Dubai wishes to be and more!
