1.Residency in this Tier 4 application?
2. If you used self service then you would have uploaded all documents online.
Then only checklist and 1st page of your application is needed at TLS.
3.You don't have to upload both.
Tks

Good afternoon everyone,
Please could someone help me confirm my calculations.
I'll be heading to Anglia Ruskin University for January start, waiting for the fund in my account to complete before I start counting down to 28day requirement.

School fees - £13,100
Inter. Scholarship - £1000
Deposit - £4000

School fees bal - £8,100
Living cost - £9135
Total fund required - £17,250 ~ N8,107,500
(From Oanda ~ N470)

Please do you think that N8,500,000 will be adequate?

Also my sister promised that the money Will be complete in my account by 1st November and I plan to apply on the 1st December, do you think I'll meet up as my Uni starts on 12th January.

@Justwise and all the other gurus. Thanks for taking your time to answer.

Nobody ask this sort of question in student visa application as all the figures you need are clearly stated

That does not make sense..what is actually wrong with us?

If you are given a non-negotiable figure as cost of studying in the UK , do you have to come back to ask if that amount is enough to study in the UK?

Bro there is nothing like 100% clear, the figure is clear from day 1, is either you have that exact figure or you don't

@ justwise hez concern here is aspa currency fluctuations. He knows the figure required as he has already done the calculations but hez jst tryna double check from people like you who are experienced if the figure he plans to work with is OK jst in case there is any fluctuations.

. Both were on grounds of insufficient ties In home country.. nothing major or misrepresentation

Then you have nothing to worry about regarding those refusals, concentrate on meeting the student visa requirements and disclose those refusals as you stated before

Hello Justwise & Bosses,

I currently have a valid South Africa Study permit Visa on my passport for PhD in public health but all my family members are against it because of the obvious reason of what's happening there now.
So now I am about to pay my deposit fee and get my CAS hope the sticker on my passport wouldn't raise any eyebrows because what I am going for I UK is MSc in Public health.

Please help.

Good morning my peeps,
this forum has been insightful so far cos it has led me to where I currently am. Although, there is a bit of confusion as I HV been given admission from two different schools_ Northumbria University London and Sheffield hallam University. based on cost of living and student job prospects, which sch is a better option.

Northumbria- (2yrs) international project management with advanced practice..12600 pounds
Sheffield hallam-.(18months) Advanced Engineering and management- 10500 pounds.

NB. SHU will require more for statement of account if I decide to pay initial payment of 4k for both schools.

please an urgent and honest response would b appreciated. thanks

It’s likely to be enough.....but if have more cash, just add it up to the 8.5m

Secondly immediately the money enters your account , wait for exactly 28 days(29th of November) .....print the bank statement and send to your school so they can start processing your CAS.....then wait for 1st of December to print for UKVI

Don’t wait till December 1st to apply for ur CAS.....and please use priority visa ....Good luck

1. Post study

If you want to travel this January, Northumbria is better because the course is 2 years. Hence, you will be qualified for 2 years post study Visa.

In Sheffield, you will most likely not be qualified for post study Visa.

2. Costs: Sheffield is cheaper than London. Sheffield is less expensive

3. September 2020.

If you can wait for September 2020, Sheffield is better as u will be qualified for post study Visa for 2 years after your study. Also, you will study for only one year and the cost is less.

Y not try Sheffield hallam university or
University of Salford.

You are given automatic scholarship of 3000 to 3500 pounds. There are lots of job opportunities than in Cambridge especially in Salford, Manchester.

I dont want to demarket Anglia Ruskian, but please find another university in London that will give u 2 year course.

Try University of East London, Greenwich University, Middlesex University. Or go to Luton's University of Bedfordshire.

There fees and Scholarships is better than ARU, and Cambridge or Chelmsford whichever one you are is not sustainable i swear

So this and thank me later.
