Excellent

Any rich man can tell the bank to deliver his own money to his house.

Let Deji prove that the money in the bullion van belongs to someone else not Tinubu

And if its wrong to spend your personal money to help your party to mobilize your party

People like you are the reason Nigeria keeps sinking deeper and deeper and there's no hope in sight....

Can you please tell us when banks started delivering money to a customer in his home with bullion vans

You people don't mind sacrificing the future of Nigeria on the altar of partisanship, sycophancy and mediocrity....

If you are an ọmọlúwàbí, then I'm even more disappointed....

What is the source of the money?

How much is in the bullion van?

Which party members was it given to?

For what purpose was it given to them?

Why was the money given on the eve of an election?

What effect did this have on the election?

If Tinubu does not go to jail for this, they have no right to keep Dasuki

Do you explain to people how and when you spend your money?

The question you should have asked is when banks delivery valuables to customers via bullion van became illegal.

Omoluabi people are very smart, knowledgeable and they know their rights, they are not dumb, clueless or mediocre thinking when it comes to the law and their rights.

This is about legalities and your rights, not about your emotions and ignorance of the law.

The problem with pdp is that they will always be learners.

Unless it can conclusively be proven that the money delivered to bourdillon was stolen money, they are on a long thing.

Tinubu is far more aware of the law than these jokers are. A man who was in opposition against a hostile party willing to use government might for 8 years will always ensure his i are dotted and to are crossed. You think obj would not have wanted to take down tinubu they way he took out Alams, Odili, and fayose?

All these jokers have been doing us shouting we saw a billion van enter tinubus house. Do you know how stupid that sounds.

Hello efcc, a bullion van entered my neighbor’s house. Please investigate.

https://lawpadi.com/write-petition-efcc-nigeria/

That is a sample guide to writing a petition to efcc.
In the end, adeyanju is doing all pdp has been doing for the last four years - trolling.

What the law says, if I recall is you cannot entice voters on Election Day at polling booths.

Let them continue wasting everyone’s time.
Jokers.

Tinubu is the one who has to show EFCC his tax returns to match the amount in the bullion vans. Otherwise he will be treated like a yahoo yahoo boy and end his life in jail. Simple.

If I can demonstrate that I have legitimately earned my money, as long as I pay the required penalties and fees, I can decide to with draw it in cash and pour it on the road. It is my perogative.

Cashless policy is not about criminalizing dealing in cash, it is about discouraging it by attaching fees to it.

Fundamental of money laundering act, the bank must report your withdrawal or deposit once it is above a threshold.

Dasuki is in prison because he was sharing defense money. You can shout alpha beta, Lagos in pocket, but has any of you pdp yahoos actually done an actual investigation into how tinubu makes his money?

Everywhere in the world, Election campaigns require money. You think posters are printed out of air?

Emotional jokers.

Nothing in the history of this country has/can ever beat the foolishness of these PDP urchins. I guess the serial loss of elections now leads to the loss of cognitive ability and results in constitution of nuisance.

What they should be doing now is to go back to the drawing board and devise a process of offering constructive opposition, but no, they'd rather be chasing shadows; investigating the worth of Buhari's shoes, observing how long Aisha has been in Burundi, showing us images of Atiku in a swimming pool....

What's wrong with d petition? Did d efcc not ask 4d petition?

Lol.... What if it wasn't money that was inside? Or was it opened by the PDP people...? Might even be election materials... grin

In response to your view, it wasn't money but cooked beans and bread. The vehicles were not bullion vans but ambulances.
Even if they were bullion vans filled with bundles of N1,000 notes, just like Ganduje and the dollar video, the picture or video could equally be judged doctored and not real.
It is only in Nigeria that 'black' are judged to be 'white' no matter the evidence on ground. Provided you affiliate with the ruling party, you are guiltless. Every petition or charges against you are dismissed on technicalities, lack of merits and sundries.
I'm not in any position to argue if it is someone's personal money or not, but my question is HOW MANY BULLION VANS ENTER HOUSES OF THE LIKES OF DANGOTES?
With regard to some comments in this thread, let me believe that we are not being bewitched.

You are the ones making foolish accusations. The onus is on you to do more than make empty noises. You think the man is like so many of your common criminals who were underachievers before they entered politics?

I gave one simple example , but like a typical pdp twitter pikin, you cannot think. The only crime with regards to the electoral act is enticing voters at the polling booth. Do your pdp agents have any evidence of that?

You have to first prove that it was money that was in the van. It's not Tinubu that will prove that but the petitioners will present their proof that it was actually money in the van. That's a tough one.

It’s the easiest.

EFCC just goes to the bank with a subpoena.

Your cleverness by half would amount to nothing. I bet you have severally seen the EFCC use terms such as "reasonably suspected to have bla bla bla" in its baseless and reckless prosecution of perceived yahoo boys. When the time comes, you would sit back and understand what "reasonably suspected" means.
