It seems people are having problems with earphones. So let me just put this here, I have been using iphone 'follow come' earphones, and it has been serving me well.
Trust me. It might just be their ears grin or terrible audios generally.
Even if you use a premium Seinnheiser noise cancellation headphone, you can only understand somethings by taking a break or using logical/verbal reasoning to know when a word or phrase doesn't fit.

For the permanent limitation, I simply opened a new PayPal. For the temporary one I followed their instructions but Disturbed them on Twitter and called customer service to resolve the issue.

cheesy
Avoid receiving money from unverified PayPal accounts, it's not worth the stress unless you're ready to bear losing your money for 6 months and getting locked out

Yes, pray they didn't red flag you.
Make sure everything is correct to avoid issues.

There's a slight change in my card name because I corrected my BVN details. So, that could be a factor

Don't do that. Use your correct details. Just avoid fishy payments.

Quick question. Forgive me if it sounds stupid. How do you know which company audio you're picking before you pick? And that release on company and call preference, does it mean you won't see that type of audio from that company anymore? Thanks in advance.
Per 1min American call = 20mins turnaround time.
Per 1mins British call= 40mins turnaround time.
So 6mins american call = 6 × 20mins= 2hrs.
6mins British or Australian call will be = 6× 40mins= 4hrs.
.
Learn the formula above.

Good afternoon to you all....please I have a question:- I have three paypal accounts which I have been using with different names to all and I have some bucks in them all. I want to link my africard to one of them and send all the bucks from the other 2 accounts and afterwards close the two accounts. My fear now is, will I be able to withdraw my money successfully after that or my account will be red flagged?

The easiest $5 I've ever made was last week on a collection H call. The conversation lasted only a minute and it was music and voice machine through the remaining 24 minutes cheesy. grin
Mine was yesterday. A 27-minute call ended at 12minutes and I still got paid for 27 minutes.
