It's something Vidic would never do.... escorting striker to ur box. Maguire needs to get more aggressive.

As for the other guy, be like na Williams. I just dont like it when defenders back off from attackers. That's something AWB hardly does.

Maguire is better. Smalling and Jones have lost sense of proper defensive organisation. They were okay in their early years. Compared to Maguire, Smalling and Jones appear to lack understanding of where to stand, when to go for tackle, and they are poor in ball control. These make them to look shaking as compared to Maguire. But they are faster and more rugged. Smalling has the advantage of height over Jones
