Have been receiving questions like what numbers of apartment do you have on ground?
In total am having a mini flat, some call it one bedroom apartment which am personally occupying, plus a single room attached to it.
At the end of this project I will be having a modern room and parlour apartment plus two single modern rooms apartment, including my mini flat.
Alot has been put in place for the new project,God help me because this a bit bigger than the last.

I did two rooms for almost 350k without tnb, I will be starting my 3rooms project by November 1st so keep your fingers cross so you get more prepared.
But if it's well manage I don't think It will exceed 500k to the finishing, toilet and bathroom inclusive

Wow!
if you can really make it possible around 500k,
i look forward to working with you nxt yr,
i will follow this thread through or might need your contacts.
Like how much can meaningfully start off the project? so i know how to save towards the project.
i don't have bulk 500k at once and i planned it in phases, can 200k be enough to start?

Yes the last project was a success,I guess is in page 5, also one room rented out. That last project was an inspiration that gave birth to this new one.

Day one of my project
It starts with the pegging of the foundation, follow by digging.
Do not despise the days of little beginning,I am heading somewhere.

What an eye opening thread, admin minus the land you mean you spent just 350k on the first project?
I'm stuck with my current projects and I don't know which one I to pursue. One is a 2 bedroom with 2 bed sitter attached to it. It is already at DPC level. The other is a space of land that can take 6-7 single room apartment just like yours. I already have about 1000 block on ground. Also I have saved about 300k to start the project. I intend investing 70k every month for the project.
Admin from your experience what would you recommend, should i complete the 2 bedroom apartments or go for the single room first?
I must confess your thread has been an inspirational thread so far.

ZOLTAN007:
Why the ceilng without plastering.
Its putting the cart before the horse
It will muddle the ceiling when you start plastering.

Share your thought as to why.

if you are going to use ceiling boards or PVC it's advice able to install them firstly before plastering. the plastering covers the gaps between the wall and the installations.

PS: there are always gaps because not all wood are straight
