good afternoon house abeg help me out on this issue,

husband applied for uk visit visa and was granted and he hasnt travel with the visa, now he wanted to apply for his full house maker (wife) so that dy can travel together.

please how will they go about it..?

who is travelling with you question how will they answer that?

and if she answered that shes travelling with the hubby, wn it reaches time to pay will she pay for her own alone?

NB....the hubby will be the sponsor

help please

Since you want an assist, let me help you.

This is a case of trying to cut corners.

You use your wife as part of your ties and one of the reasons you were given the visa. If you want to apply for her, go alone first. When you come back, apply for her and you will be part of her ties to Nigeria, include your copies of visa, boarding pass and entry and exit stamps.

Good luck.

.

Yes, he has to come clean.
His information is still clear with them.
But after 10 years, he can apply now and use right information, he should be ready to display genuine information
He should be considered then.

Please has anyone used a marriage certificate that is not the one given by the court for UK visa. I did nikkah and the certificate I have was given by the Islamic organization that conducted the ceremony.

Good day guys
Pls I want to travel with my wife and I am the sponsor and I pay her monthly allowance
My wife is self employed with a registered coy that deal in cash
In her own application, where its written income and expenditure
How much do you have in savings?
Is it my own details I will fill there as the sponsor or her details.
If it is her own how will she justify it since she deals with cash mostly.
Pls gurus in the house

Yes you can include it. Also include an affidavit in lieu for marriage certificate stating that you have done Islamic marriage according to Shariah law stating day of Marriage and all particulars as seen in the Islamic marriage certificate.

Also include letter from your side ( e.g your brother, siblings) and a letter from your wife side (e.g her uncle, siblings) that you are married according to Islamic law.

It has worked for many people. UK recognises Shariah law and Islamic marriage.

You will put the amount of her own savings and ensure that you explain any unusual inflow into that account. She can justify it with her savings account statement showing the stated closing balance

Good morning nairalanders, pls I am intending applying for a UK visa next month and my bordering is that,

My statement of account is cash deposit as my salary in every month but I have a balance of #3.5m.

Someone is saying the UK embassy will reject my application since my salary is cash deposit.

Please I want to enquire if I can apply like that because somebody can advise on way forward.

Thanks

Is there any reason why your salary is 'cash deposit'? Also, who deposits the cash into your account?

Greetings house, am a final year student in one of the Federal Universities in the country and I would be rounding off this year by the Grace of God. I would like to inquire from anyone here (professional or intermediate) on the best and affordable countries I can further my education(masters) for instance in, I have 3 in mind but I don't know which to pick and which is affordable too(in terms of living expenses currently):
1. Germany
2. UK
3. Canada(I had applied to College of Manitoba in the year 2015 for my undergraduate studies back then, I was given admission by the college, I even paid part of my tuition fees but I wasn't denied Visa by the embassy, it was indeed painful back then for me, so I don't know if it would be right to still give this country a try once more)

So please I would like someone to help me out with an answer to the above question and this below too:
2. Is it compulsory I do my NYSC before travelling out?
3. Do I need to have working experience also before travelling out?

Because I persay just wanted to move out next year hopefully but I don't know if question 2 and 3 are a must

PS: I know this thread is for questions regarding UK Visa Enquiries and am sorry if my question in any form breaks any rules but I believe they could be one or two persons here who can help me out with answers, I would appreciate.

PSS: My mother who wishes to sponsor me has over 10,000GBP saved up for me towards this, don't know if this sum would be enough to cover up for my living expenses and tuition within my first year there

Good morning everyone.
I applied for UK business/tourist visa on priority basis to attend the ongoing world travel market. I Biometrics done on 18th Oct, Mail for decision taken received on 23/Oct, yet I have not received my passport nor gotten a mail from TLS.

I have called the home office and they asked that I wait for 15 working days to elapse stating that priority is not guaranteed.
Please who has had such an experience as I’m getting really worried. The conference has kicked off, I do not even have my passport and I have a trip slated for the 10th of Nov.

I have tried to track it but the status remains same. Today is the 8th working day since I received the mail for “decision made”. And a total of 12 working days from the day of biometrics.

I have gone to Embassy in VI, sat there and only left after I was tired. Would going to TLS help? I submitted at the Ikeja Centre.

Good morning everyone,

So I need help because I don't know what to fill.

I earn 237k every month as salary but also receive 220k every 3 months as reimbursable for petrol, car maintenance etc. The issue is I don't know how to fill it in my application form because I already filled the standard 237k in How much do you earn each month - after tax? query.
Where do I write the 3 months reimbursable.
Thank you

Hello house, I applied for a tier 2 dependant visa but decided to cancel the application because plans changed. I'll be applying again by Dec. I got a refund for the visa fee but not the IHS. My question is, do I need to take any step for IHS to be refunded or its going to be automatic like the visa fee. Its exactly 32days that I cancelled.

@ justwise and others please help

Good evening house, Thanks for the Great help you are rendering through this platform, I have personally gained a lot on this platform, Thank you so much @ Justwise and others. God bless you all. Please I helped my 24 year old nephew package his U.k visa application with all the necessary documents as discussed on this platform, but to my surprise his application was refused and what baffles me most is the reason for refusal. My nephew is a self employed, he sells school uniforms and has a good customer base and a very good bank statement, he submitted his bank statement with a closing balance of 1.2m and he was to spend 550k since my sister invited him for two weeks. The reason for refusal is that his company is not registered, and that he didn't submit a company bank statement but a personal savings account statement. We backed up all the monies in the account with invoices of the transactions. My nephew has gone to register his company now and open a company bank account, My question is when can he re-apply? Please house we need and urgent response. Thank you so much
