This building is 333 South Hope Street, Los Angeles. I spent about 5 years there as a Manager at Bank of America.

That freeway is 110 freeway looking southbound. You've just crossed 101 freeway that goes to world famous Hollywood. Home of iconic movie stars and studios, not frustrated desert rats.
