I have seen dozens of videos of Nigerians beating up police officers which I think is wrong. But I have never seen a video of Nigerians beating up a soldier in uniform despite all the atrocities soldiers commit against civilians, can someone tell me why that is the case or are Nigerians just cowards that sees police as civilians like themselves.

You are wrong sir. If Naija police should go on strike, you cannot even leave your house. They are poorly paid, heavily politicised, if they die in active service, they will pay their family peanuts and they will bribe to get the peanuts. Also, if they arrest criminals and take them to court, sometimes the Judge set the criminals free and set the Police up. Armed robbers on a robbing spree will shoot and kill any policemen in uniform. You talking right now, if a police officer should arrest you for breaking the law and you beg him and he insist on taking you to court to face justice you will call him heartless and wicked but he is just doing his job. Some Police officers are bad but not all of them, so do not put all police officers in the same basket.
