The taught has been on and off in my head for sometime now. Because i really did some horrible jobs back then, and i sometimes reminiscence on them.

Mine was in 2001 in an aluminium factory during my siwes industrial attachment. I wasn't paid anything. I was given N1k after the six months SIWEX attachment.

Their reason being that I was given accommodation and fed all through my stay with them.

It was my uncle that got the interns hip for me so I didn't want to complain since it was just a siwes interns hip even though I was looking forward to earn some money.

They housed you and fed you for 6 months? That 1k wasn't pay but appreciation.

I worked at a well known factory for 6 months siwes and was paid #3500 monthly without accommodation and feeding.

Against my father's wise directions, I started working as a cosmetics marketer for a group of greedy men, I only lasted 5 days, before returning their products.
Then my first paid job was 4000 in as an office assistant in a chartered accounting firm. They even thought they were doing me a favor. I am not where I should be yet. But I have improved over the years. A lot of exposure, knowledge, experiences etc. But no regrets.

i was paid 5000 naira for 3 months i worked as a retained apprentices then.

I was told for me to receive the usual 10000 naira monthly pay, i should go and bring an application letter.

And he refused to pay for the extra 2 months i worked while still on a 5000 naira monthly pay.

He even went ahead adding to certificate money to 1500 naira against our initial agreement of 1000 naira.

And i spend atleast 150 naira daily for transportation ( this is even only possible with me trecking part of the distance) excluding feeding as i have to get to work before 8:00am and close 6pm for the day. He never gave me feeding money.

Early this year, I started a business when I couldn't get a job even after my masters degree. I sold two dresses
to a lady in Abuja for 8k on credit instead of 12k out of desperation. To make the matter worse, she didn't pay, left her job and stopped answering my calls. I still feel sad about it cos I put my blood and sweat into making the clothes and also because job search hasn't been as easy as I thought it would be but I know I'll soon look back at this stage of my life and thank God for seeing me through.

These are such little sums of money. How did you work for it? Maybe I am lucky but I only did security guard jobs which are really well paid. So, I have never had problems with money or with health insurance. So, if you are a man, I strongly recommend you to pay attention to it.

Was 9k job at a school in Eligbolo PH before NYSC. I had to teach 2 subjects to increase the pay as a part-time teacher yet they still cut my salary with excuses.
Today graduates are working for me. I still can't believe it.
I suffered shaa... Though not from a poor background but I thank God I left my comfort zone to get a better view of the world.
I suffered setting up my new businesses now.
One day I will be bigger and better.

Brothers, mine is the worst here,,
worked for an a popular insurance company for 2months to 3, not even a kobo was paid to me, I found out they are just using graduates for nothing, after using my money to be travelling and hunting for clients..
secondly, after that, I ran into a Total filling station, imagine me, a graduate, worked as a pump attendant for months, salary was 10k, at the end of each month, I have to still pay shortages to the company because those managers has twisted their pumps in a way to defraud the customers, so, due to these, error in calculations always occur after sales from the machines, therefore may have only about 6k left for me. I raised alarm once I found out d root cause, I turned an enemy, and has to leave.

Even till date, I still earn a lower five digit salary now, very underappreciated where I work,, has to work weekends and overtime without even a thank you lip service talk less of pay.

I pray For something better, and for my plans for business to work out for me as planned.

the day she discovered I'm into cosmetic and pharmaceutical, all she did was demand I teach the rudiment so she could personally produce for the school.
I brought down my wife who is the production manager to handle it all. after the first production, na my wife come do the next o, to worsen the case she would travel down with her to get the raw material.
what does it cost to demand we supply her? how much was she paying me then 15k. but today earn two times that amount and over at my door step just for 2 hours daily. this compare to when I leave home latest 6:30am to resume work before 7am and the earliest I return home is 5:30pm only to be used up all for 15k at the end of the month.
school proprietors and proprietress are the real example of the slave masters of the modern era. though respect to the very few good ones amid them.

#5 - #10 000 = Pittance

#11 000 - #20 000 = Stipend

#21 000 - #49 000 = Allowance

#50 000 - #99 000 = Wage

#100 000 - #500 000 = Salary

Well , we into it too, i and my mum but we don't treat people like that. But the business is not easy ooo, but still i know some proprietor and tress that does this , i don't rap with them at school owners meeting cus am always like the earn more than us , and still tgey won't pay
