In sane climes, Military personnels call us Sir/Ma'am when addressing a we civilians but here just being a civilian is a crime to them. That's why i always avoid them at all cost. I once tried to state and stand by my right but we all know how it turned out. All believe they are above the law and no one can do any thing about it or put them in check. Glorified cultist is what most of them are

Nobody will sanction the offr for u ..the highest they will get is severe reprimand.

There are lot to this story, read in btw the lines, the victim is obviously rude. Bt the Officer gone brutal too which have to be query and disciplined if found guilty. Let Air Police and Intelligence departments handle this, it is their role and duty.

Not true, corps members are allowed into the officer's mess if they serve there. An officer cannot hit even a soldier let alone an officer. He cannot hit a corps member because they did not greet him either. He should ask for redeployment to another PPA, but if serving in air force barracks is his life ambition then he can continue.

Even his story is enough to show that he was rude. His headache was so serious that couldn't open his mouth to greet but he could open it to ask for his phone.

Just because you're a medical doctor and NYSC gave you the privilege of living in the barracks doesn't mean you should be rude to officers (not even mere soldiers).
