PLease can you help with the email addresses you send the complaint to Thanks

Skrskr:
Hello guys. In October, was refused a visit visa. But I was not satisfied by the decision as I felt I had a strong application and that the officer did not coheck all 50 documents I provided. I planned to reapply this month.

Although I had no rights of appeal, i did send them a complaint detailing how I believe my application was not properly checked.
At first, they replied to me that they were not the correct channel for complaints.
I didn't have their time since and about 15 days later, which is today, I mailed them again demanding for an explanation / review of the presiding officer's judgement on my visa.

7 hours later, they mailed me that ''my visa decision has been overturned and that I should submit my passport for the new decision ''Please note that your visa decision has been overturned.

Please submit your passport to the Visa Application Centre with a copy of this e-mail.

Once we have confirmation that the passports have been received, we will send out a new decision to be endorsed on your passport.''

Has anyone ever experienced an overturn of refusal decision? Does that mean my visa will now be granted?

I am going to submit my passport tomorrow to them.
Thanks

You need god scan all your documents and save it in a file after than you go the upload session to pick your documents and upload if you can't upload or its given some stress simply make copies of all your documents in A4 size and take it to the centre for assistance which comes with a fee

This was not packaged well Ma'am.
You can't apply again. You gave them so much reason to refuse you.
Don't you read the post here often.
Your financial grounds are not strong enough.
Sorry but you need to let him come to Nigeria that's the only way you could go about it.
Salaries below 200,000 is not good for the UK.
Sorry for the outcome.
All the best.

Pls i have a question.
Me and my wife want to visit the uk for about a month (feeding & accommodation will be provided by the person inviting us). My wife is an applicant and also a student in a fashion school and based in Nigeria while i am a student in an european country. I will apply from here for myself and I have visited uk before. I will provide flight fares and all other expenses because she does not have any personal saving.
How should I go about it pls

Hello everyone, I'm back again with questions. I have been able to secure appointments for my family but the issue now is that we have separate dates. i.e 21st of Nov, 28th of Nov and 29th of Nov. Will this affect our application in anyway or can we all go together on a particular day and see if they will accommodate our application
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by giselle237: 4:04pm On Nov 13, 2019
If u are separate dates, the applicant will only be allowed in on their day... open different browsers/ different laptops and try to book at once to get same date.
U wont be allowed into the centre on a day thats not yours

It shouldn't affect your application. Upload all document om each person's profile. Each applicant have to go on the date you picked.

This is no longer priority service o. This people are just eating someone's money just like that. How can 5days turn to 20days? That means we that did standard will wait for one month or 6weeks. Congratulations

Up till now, passport still not gotten.
Called home office, no reasonable response received.
TLS has said, they’d escalate, it’s been 7 working days. No word.

I feel so frustrated right now. I don’t even have an idea what next to do. I need my passport.

Quick one guys, is it advisable for someone that has an int trip on the 20th of December that would require having passport in hand to put in application for a UK visa on Monday and do biometrics next week?

I’m asking regarding the duration of getting the passport back considering the planned December trip requires the passport and cannot be canceled.

Thanks
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by ozymes: 11:16pm On Nov 13, 2019
You can do priority or super-priority in Abuja

Oga don't risk it. To avoid story that touches the heart. Y not schedule your biometrics till after your trip. Maybe you can start the processing now. Other gurus might opine sha.

Good evening beautiful people...please i need advise from gurus in the house .

I am planning to apply for a tourist visa soon and will like to confirm if submitting an evidence of 300k fixed deposit along with employment details ( payslips, employment letter, letter of intro etc) will show strong ecomonic ties?
Or should i add family pics to show more ties to my home country as i am single and still staying with my parents....i have an acct balance of 1.1m ( excluding the 300 FD)

Thank you
