Normally, when you confirm your card , you'll recieve an email that you can now withdraw unlimited funds from your account.
So, i've never heard of this exceeding withdrawal limit before. Except it's a new development.

Check your email if they sent you a limitation email, then proceed to verify your identity by uploading the necessary documents if it was requested.
