Na wa, odiqwa risky...... But those are insect...

Well, it is what it is, I, initially wanted to refuse eating it but I went online and saw different variants specific to different countries and the one I ate outside Nigeria was similar to the green grasshoppers we have in the Nigerian environment and it was fried like our Edibble insects ( the one that comes out after heavy rains in Nigeria). The grasshopper was sweet, tasty like roasted chicken and turkey meat... Hahaha cheesy

First time trying this. Suya spice sprinkled on fried Locusts.

Isrealites ain't this as their main course meal that year

Grasshoppers are a common food in parts of Nigeria.

Not a big deal.

You're hearing of it for the first time though?

Insects are normal cuisine in many parts of the world.

I'm not sure anyone is unaware people can eat insects.

Seafood jollof.

Make your jollof as usual and stir in stir fried shrimps, scallops and diced ham. The taste is oh so yummy.

You can use any seafood of you choice. I added ham because for me, it balances the flavor of the shrimp.
