During the act I know what was happening but was too weak and blurred. I didn't know there was a video recording of the act. When I woke up the guy was no where to be found so I kept it to myself.

Blackmail...

When my guy found out that I cheated on him, he was furious. I denied it initially but when he showed me the sex clip I admitted it but defended myself on the ground that it was rape and not consensual. I summon courage and asked him how did he come up with the sex tape but that he would not answer to. He left that moment and I start feeling that he knows something about the tape and wants to blackmail.

Threat...

He showed up one day at my hostel and threaten to leak the tape online. I begged him profusely not to do that but he said my plea and tears are waste of time. That he will let everyone know the kind of loose lady I am for betraying and cheating on him. That I will regret the day I met him. That I doesn't deserve his love.

Currently...

He is yet to release the clip but may actually do that with what is happening to the Babcock ex student.

What should I do to stop him before he destroys me.

You don't have to stress yourself in getting a lawyer since you can't afford it. But I can guide and assist you to write a petition to Ogun State CP, I will follow you and do the needful. They will be the one to charge him to court on your behalf.

My take on the issue.....
1. I don't think your boyfriend is actually trying to blackmail you per se, if it was a blackmail, he would be requesting for something in return, rather, the correct word to use is EXPOSE!
He wants to expose you.
2. You still have never made mention of confronting the guy that allegedly raped you to help talk to your boyfriend, or threaten to take action against him for raping you, so I strongly feel it's not rape.
3. I don't think he actually threatened to leak the tape, rather it's what your guilty conscience working up overtime.
4. Lastly, you truly don't deserve his love.

But if he truly threatened to leak it.....
1. You can actually threaten to get the school authorities and police involved. That's just the best course of action to take, not by using cultists or voodoo...

2. Dialogue with him, you know him better, I am just sure he's badly hurt, beg him, apologise, come clean with him, or ask what he wants, go with a recorder (incase he wants to really blackmail you so you have proof).

You don't need to bust anything just go to any police area command that is close to you, and the back of the the stations there some office there where some human rights lawyers there are police lawyers both male and female you can walk to any of the female there and explain to her and they will go to his house and and invite him over and collect the video from him and if he prove stubborn so the can charge him blackmail that my own advice.
