How many of you applied?
Who's sponsoring the trip?

Just me applied, hubby and son do not need to, they get stamped in. I submitted only my only account details. My company and my business

Did you do a cover letter stating:
1. That it's a group travel even though child and husband have visa free status?

2. Did you state who's sponsoring the 3 of you?

Yes they're UK citizens, but someone must still be sponsoring the three of you if you stated that it's a family trip

I stated it that they wouldn’t be needing visas. I don’t think I stated the other part of who was soonsoring. Did I just shoot myself in the leg?
Yes, it's a family trip

Example.

I am applying for Schengen visa in order to travel to France for Christmas and spend the holiday with my son and husband, both of whom are British Citizens and not requiring visa.

I have a business here in Nigeria and I've attached company bank statement, as well as my personal bank statement, to show my ties with Nigeria and how I'm faring.

As posited above, this is a family trip and My company would be sponsoring myself, my son and my husband.

My husband is also employed here in Nigeria and had dual citizenship.

Blabla bla.

You need to always provide adequate information.

Wish you well on this and pray for positive news, but just take note because of next time

Thank you for this, I have stated everything in your cover aside the sponsorship. Now I’m feeling very down. How soon can I reapply if denied please.

Please don't feel down.

I'm certain you'll be granted, but a lesson for you and others against another time.

You must tell the immigration officer how you intend to cover the cost, not providing statements.

When you're applying for a job, the HR doesn't know you, except through proper introduction

Let me try and lift your spirit! Lol

You have a good travel history and you are legally married to an EU national (till after Brexit lol) and you guys are travelling together, if i am correct.

I don't think you will be denied except you don't meet the following:

Your non-EU family member must include the following documents with their visa application:

1. a valid passport – to prove their identity and nationality
2. a document proving family ties with the EU citizen (e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificate etc.) and dependency (if required)
3. proof that the EU citizen is already living in the host country (if they are joining them)
4. a declaration that the couple will travel together (if the family member will be accompanying the EU citizen)

In very rare cases, an EU country can refuse entry to you or your family members for reasons of "public policy, public security or public health".
If this happens, the authorities must prove that you or your family members pose a "genuine, present and sufficiently serious threat"

Recieve my passport it came out negative... I dont know what went wrong.
My transcripts
I submitted all necessary documents including,
CAC Document. . My business
Invitation letter
Sponsor ID and bank statement (my sponsor indicated on the letter that he will take responsiblity for all expenses ) did not submit my bank statements because I'm not spending a deal.
My Deed of assignment was return to me during submittion at vfs Abuja , I was told is not acceptable in Abuja but lagos do accept it.
My professional licence which relates to my business.
Meanwhile I was told to go to Lagos and submit because abuja is not my jurisdiction because I'm coming from PH otherwise I sign a paper before submitting, I agree and sign.
However I have been refuse visa August which I wrote appeal and they responded and ask me to wait for 2 months if I didn't get respond it means it has been denied.
I also included the appeal and the respond written in French.

Please what did I do wrong? Should I go to Lagos and submit?
