Hi guys, I'm here again. I don't want to say I'm sad. But today I really see a digital Air strike call of 36 minutes. I've Benn working on it since 9am. Around 12 I went out and come back after 6 to continue my work. Before 8pm I've finish and submit. Before 9 pm they return my work with another work I did earlier. I work on the 36 minute and discard the other one because its just 3.5 minutes. Now my redo is rated 3. Which means at least my labor is not in vain. But my concern now is that my Quality rating is 1.94. I've done over 17 calls all together. I was working with small calls before I just decided to go for this big one today. The call was really clear from beginning to the end, but I don't know what happen. Please guru in the house. What should I do. My starting phase really destroyed my account. My first 5 calls were rated 1. Should I wait till they pay on this account, close it and open another one or what should I do |

samsard: Thank you sir for your assistance. Please how does one handle these below When a REP. Is talking and the customer talks in between while the REP. Continues talking? Can one delete timestamp or leave it blank? If a statement was made in a timestamp but completed in the next timestamp, how does one write it? Should it be written on the first timestamp, or all sentences carried over to the proceeding timestamp where the statement was completed? How does one use ellipses correctly? Thanks in anticipation. I have been having 1 as my rating. |

samsard:Digital Air Strike. How do you guys transcribe conference calls and don't get it all mixed up? I even think it's in the FAQ not to transcribe conference calls. |

biggerboyc: I'd advise you work on shorter calls for now to improve your rating, that's what I always do when they hit me with poor ratings. If you can get at least a rating of 4 on maybe 5 or 6 shorter calls before cut off on Sunday, I believe you'd be fine. 2 Likes |

Chai!! I've been doing all these wrongly. Thanks a million times. But sir, some words especially names and some sentences are not always clear. This gives me headache to decipher what was said. Is it earphone? How do I improve on that? Your answer is a classic. Copied already. Thanks a lot. |
