I've used this both tumeric, carrot oil, olive oil, hydrocortisone cream and tablet. I can't even count how many medicine and drugs I've used cry

See a dermatologist. I suspect the problem is internal. The rash is simply the symptom

I don't know if they still sell this product I could have recommend you to get it I think the name should be "Dr Herbert" it looks like nixoderm, you may ask around if it's still in stock for sale, u just apply and rub it all over where the spots are visible.

There's a cream called 'Skigud'. It's very good for body rashes like this. It costs only #300

Dude Griseofulvin is ideal Tinea capitis (ring worm of the scalp. So not to be used any now.

Better to get a proper diagnosis first. Possibly after tests and then get treatment from a good dermatologist.

Why the rush to use tube creams, med soaps, oral medications like antibiotics and antifungal??!... Most times, these things merely make a bad situation terribly worse.

The best thing is always assume it's an allergy, and take antihistamines especially when itching is part of the symptoms... Next step is to stop all chemical substances being used as body cleaning agents or cosmetics (go natural in and out)...

You will be surprised that this would resolve itself within days to weeks... Where that fails, a trip to the dermatologist should be next.

What soap and cream are you presently using?
Please discontinue the use of izal on your skin. It's too harsh. Dettol is more than enough disinfectant

This is called Narun in Yoruba some people called it blood disease (Kokoro Inueje) firstly stop eating anything related to groundnut, see alagbo IMO for the solution

Germs breed mostly in the kitchen and bathroom. And on the body, ur boxers, bushy private parts etc.

Guy, meet a dermatologist. A simple culture will show what's wrong with u and adequate treatment administered.

Better hygiene, wash your clothes better, especially inside the clothes, wash your towels very well more regularly, your pillow cases and sheets should be changed regularly. Finally, shave pubic areas well and regularly. STOP USING DETOL AND IZAL. You cannot substitute DETOL and IZAL for good hygien. Some skin conditions are made worse by DETOL and IZAL.

You need to see a dermatologist in a well equipped hospital where a skin biopsy test will be done on you.

What you have is some formof atopic dermatitis. using detol izal or other medicated soaps/creams could actually make it worse. Atopic dermatitis is a form of allergy just like asthma. Quit using all those strong soaps and creams, use just mild toilet soap like joy, imperial leather etc. Also get a steriod cream such as hyrodcortisone cream and apply on affected parts. should clear in a few weeks.

If you use a bucket of water to bathe, you only need a few drops of dettol/izal

Any other thing is just like scrubbing your skin with bleach

The "cap" measurements are for people who bathe in a bathtub with so many litres of water

Try the patient healer "Nezoderm" i don't know if i got the spelling right but sounds like it. I call it patient healer because u have to be patient with how it works. U don't get to see result immediately but it works in most cases it might take up to 10 days, and at the end u will sure get result. Buy the tube and the ointment use the tube in day time then the ointment at nite. Call me later and invite me to ur wedding.
